Although she maintains many other properties, she always finds the time to give me the attention I need to feel comfortable. She doesn’t take shortcuts and works hard to take care of business. Consequently, I have been very pleased with the service I have received from her. To this day, I continue to use her services and am happy to recommend her to any interested parties. I write this recommendation with the utmost confidence that she will do a great job.

My experience with MacPherson’s has been negative from the start. I moved in knowing that a few minor details needed to be finished in the condo I am renting. For example: a knob missing from a closet door needed to be replaced, a few lightbulbs needed changing both inside and on the porch, a light fixture was missing from the bedroom and there’s a bare bulb hanging from the ceiling. There was no towel rack in the bathroom, and a closet door was off the track. I did not have a copy of the mailbox key or the HOA rules. I was assured that all of these things were being handled and would be taken care off immediately.
It took weeks of relentless phone calls and multiple emails to get a mailbox key. I repeatedly asked for the towel rack and was told that he had bought one but he wanted to install it so he could make sure it was done correctly. We set a time for him to come by and he never showed up. I came home from work and there was a towel rack on my porch. I tried contacting him again to set a time to install it, but there was no response. Due to not receiving any answers to emails regarding the other small repairs, I have done them myself.
I have now been waiting for over 3 months for the light fixture in my bedroom and the HOA rules. I even went so far as to find the light fixture online, told him where to buy it, and gave the item number. I have sent multiple emails, made multiple phone calls, and tried to contact the manager of the property management office. I have gotten no response from anyone.
These may seem like small, insignificant details to some, but I am trying to make this my home and am only asking for what was promised to me before I moved in.
I will never rent from MacPherson’s again.

I rented a condo for four years and they implemented an antiquated accounting system in 2012. After years of on time payments that went to their main office and not their accounting dept. they tried to stick me with over $ 1000.00 in late fees when I bought a new home and was moving out. The property manager, Reuben Quinterro and other management is unresponsive when you need help and in addition charged me $ 65.00 to put the smoke detector back on the ceiling… what?!
Happily, with my excellent credit rating, I bought a new home and new car and don’t have to deal with these thieves any longer. Don’t waste your time, it will only cost you money in the long run. Trust me!
