I’ve gotten my nails done here a couple times and they do a pretty good job, but I mainly come to get my eyebrows waxed! The ladies do such a good job! They wax, trim, and pluck; making sure that my eyebrows are shaped perfectly every time! The service is also very friendly! Eyebrow wax is $ 8, reasonable price for a great job!

This was honestly the best pedicure I have EVER had. The service was awesome and the results were even better!
I recommend Lizzie for your pedicure she is simply amazing very strong hands and really really helps you to relax after a long week. I plan on coming here for all of my nail and waxwing needs!

Love getting pedicures here. They do a fantastic job. Getting in can sometimes be difficult, long waits and coming back for appointments doesn’t always guarantee things being done in a timely fashion, but even with all that it is worth it. My toes appreciate the attention.

I’ve been loyal to this place for years, despite the lack of interpersonal skills of the women working. It takes HOURS to get in and out. I get acrylic nails with shellac and pedicures with shellac, so if I have anything else to do that day, I have to plan my nails hours in advance. That used to be okay because the quality of the nails was worth it, but they don’t do a good job anymore!
The last 3 times I’ve gone there, my nails have broken a day or two after getting them done! Last time I was there, I went in for my usual nails and toes, and scheduled it 3 hours before my hair appointment. Should have been plenty of time for a fill and a pedicure right? They took several walk-​in pedicures, then put me at the end of the line even though I’d already been there 2 hours! They took the polish of my toes and that was it. I had to go.
Three days later, my nails are starting to break.
NEVER going back.

I had been here before and it was ok. My only issue before was that the ladies are not very personable. They talk to each other in another language and ignore the clients. This last experience was a deal breaker. I made two appointments for myself and a friend for a full set. The service was bad and rushed. Although I made two appointments for full sets. they were unable to do what I needed done because «they didn’t have time». My friend who came with me. it was her first experience. We are never going back. They really need stop treating their clients like a number in line.

They do fine with regular polish, but my gel manicure was thick, globby and had bumps. Possibly the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. I was charged $ 50 for a regular pedicure and a horrible gel manicure. I’ve paid less for better service and better nails in Seattle. Save your money and drive to Seattle.

Love this salon. Clean, inviting, and great nails! Will be returning for a fill and for future nail needs.

Best nail salon I’ve been to. They stayed an hour after they where supposed to close and she did an amazing job. The foot massage was amazing. I honestly have to say my nails have never looked better

Still an amazing place but the mani pedi combo is now $ 35 and its $ 5 more for French. Always greeted quickly and have professional work done here. The massage I had today was superb and a bonus along with the chair massager also. I will keep coming back!

It’s not the best pedicure I have ever had. My feet still need some exfoliating and lotion. I’m not sure if the gal was new or not. Someone else ended up applying polish. I also had a lip wax.

This is the worst place I’ve been to yet. I came here to get my eyebrows done and made an appointment. When I come in, there are two ladies. One spoke in Vietnamese to me right away. I was like, «I’m not Vietnamese.» After that, it went downhill. There was this lady who recognized me for my appointment and said «take a seat.»
It was the strangest 20 minutes of my life. I took a seat and waited. All they did was gossip and do something with nail polish. They totally ignored me and didn’t seem to realize I was there. When I was about to leave I was like, «Hello?» And they said wait and proceeded to talking and doing something with the polishes again.
It was the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had. I usually try to be fair but these ladies seemed to be in no hurry to assist me and totally ignored me when I was clearly here for my appointment. It was a strange experience. And needless to say, I am never coming back.

This is a review for eyebrow waxing only. I’ve been here twice, and was satisfied with my experience.
Walking in, the place appears very nice and clean with two flat screen TVs, and a small waiting area to the right. However, the waxing room doesn’t appear to be quite the nicest –I don’t mind as much, but it would be beneficial for the customer to get a new bed, or at least change the out dated, stained sheets… Even with the protective paper cover on top, it just didn’t look appealing laying on it.
The eyebrow wax was standard, (no shaping, they just follow your natural shape) but they do take extra notice and trim/​plucked before & afterwards to get a clean finish. Total process probably took no more than 15 minutes. However, DO communicate if you have concerns or how you like your eyebrows to be, so they do not over wax — keeping in mind their prime specialty is nails, not waxing.
Price for eyebrow wax is $ 8. They accept credit cards (Visa/​Mastercard), but charge a small fee ($.50) if total is under $ 15. (They didn’t have a sign indicating that). Would recommend if you’re looking to get an affordable wax touch up.

Very polite and my shellac has lasted longer than anywhere else. I’ve been broke and haven’t been able to have them done in over a month and my shellac is still perfect. I would give them five stars but it did take a lot longer and the atmosphere wasn’t the best. Very dark and smelly.

I have gone to this place for years. Yes are clean and can give a great pedicure but it’s very hard to communicate with all of the gals e cent the owner. I had a blister on the back of my heel from breaking in a new pair of shoes and I must have told the gal 10x to plz avoid the heel but of course when she was scrubbing away with her hard loofa thing she went right over the heel causing lots of blood and pain for me. When I got upset and complained they were lacking empathy and sympathy and then told me maybe I shouldn’t come back. What the hell I had been going there for years and I tip rather well. I wish the communication was not an issue. Also I hate how they always switched technicians. Pretty annoying. O and the kids they have their kids running around especially the non school aged ones.

Quality. Relaxing. Sometimes get awesome foot rub. They work wonders with my ugly runners feet. They do nice designs

Went in today for a nail fill as I’ve been searching around my neighborhood for a new nail salon.
It was a wonderful experience, very nice décor and nice girls. I kind of expected to get bad attitude being a new customer to the salon and wanting a somewhat time consuming design, but NO they said yes we can do it and it was pleasant from then on and my Halloween monster design came out great… look for it in the pictures… different face and color on each finger :) SO CUTE!!! So that’s a fill and design on 10 fingers for $ 28 what a deal! Love this place!
They are going to be my new salon FOR SURE. Oh and they offer punch cards for a free regular fill, how cool!

My review is because I went in many times and the shellac was very nice and seemed to last about three weeks so I kept returning.
I had a girl named Rose do my nails and she was nice and all but they came off the very next day!
I called and went in and she fixed them all the while cussing in another language and stating she will no longer do my nails, she said you get pedicure no more manicure for you!
Exactly NO MORE:)

I went once for shilac nails… $ 40 with tip and the first one peeled off like a sticker and stuck to my face in the middle of the night. The rest followed soon after. They are nice but over priced and poor quality polish.

Ok, this is the best pedicure and manicure I’ve gotten in a long time. And for $ 30 total including tax it can’t be beat. 3 days later my nails still look great.
They aren’t afraid to get all up in there for the pedicure which I appreciate.
I love Heavenly Nails up in Lynnwood but considering that’s a half hour out of the way for me this is my new spot.
It took about an hour and 15 minutes for both services and they did an extremely careful job. The ladies are no-​nonsense while being friendly at the same time.

Took my sister to get a pedicure for her birthday. I read the reviews on Unilocal & decided to try this place. I wasn’t impressed. My sister’s lady rushed the pedicure to get to the next customer, she was also at the same time trying to help my lady who did not know fully what she was doing. Then a third lady had to come finish my pedicure.
The most relaxing part was at the very end sitting at the drying station by the door!
Not worth the money charged. I won’t be going back.
