I had a VERY similar experience as another reviewer, Jonna B. mentioned previously.

I came here back in March to get a car. I had a really nice lady who helped me out which made the whole car shopping experience not so bad. It wasn’t until AFTER I got the car, signed the papers and PAID that a taller old man walked in and said that the car isn’t ready for me to drive and that the mechanic needs to fix a cooolant leak!
It was on a Sunday, so i then had to stress about coming all the way back here from Kent AND get to work.
Horrible thing for them to do. Very dishonest people. Oh and guess what? Here it is May, STILL haven’t gotten my registration papers that were due to me May 6^th. and cherry topper? that leak, they NEVER fixed it. Apparently I need to call and schedule a time for their mechanic to come to me. And when i called about my registration for my car, they said they would send it next day. 3 days later… still waiting.
don’t waste you time with this mess. awful business and they truly don’t care.

I bought a Mercedes from this place and traded my jaguar in. I don’t think that they are at all frauds, but hey everyone has their own opinions. I was skeptical at first because I have had bad experiences before with car dealerships. This place was not one of those places and they were awesome at it. They even waited to close an hour after their normal business hours because I was at work and couldn’t make it in. I just paid off my car and I am thinking of returning to them because I need something bigger. I honestly felt like I was treated special, and that’s exactly how you should feel when you leave a dealership. Got what I wanted, left happy without feeling pressured. It’s been a year and I have not had one problem with the vehicle. Now I have a newborn, need to get something bigger. And I am very blunt with my words and say what’s on my mind so if your thinking I was probably a push over, NOPE, not the one. Thanks Tammy!

Traded in my car and got a new one from here and had an amazing experience. They are absolutely the best! She gave me the best price and got me exactly what I asked for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have already referred a friend here and they love their new car as well. If your looking for a new car and an honest dealer this is the place you are looking for :)

We drove up from Portland to purchase a car here, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Everyone at the dealership was beyond friendly, helpful, and very honest! This was the smoothest and quickest car purchase we have ever had.

So I wasn’t even in the market for a new car, but by chance came in contact with this dealership when I was visiting a friend who lives in Seattle. I drove by their lot one day on my trip and noticed one of their cars (an infinity suv… the car of my dreams) parked front and center on their lot with a pretty appealing price tag… so I pulled in to take a look. Upon inspection of the vehicle, it wasn’t going to buy it due to the fact that I live in another state, AND the leather was the wrong color (brown not black), but the lady who runs the place was really nice and took 2 – 3 hours time to talk to me during what I can only assume was her lunch hour, around 11−1pm. I got a lot of information about the specific model of car she had on her lot that caught my eye, PLUS they were able to pull all of the dealers located near me in Texas that had comparable vehicles to the one I liked. I didn’t buy the car I saw on their lot but instead had them locate the exact car I wanted (with the right interior color), purchased it sight unseen, and had them ship it to me. I was extremely nervous about it in the beginning due to the fact that I couldn’t see the car before I purchased it, but the owner took over two months of emails back and forth to find me the car I wanted to my exact specifications. My car arrived 2 weeks after purchase, identical to the pictures I was emailed, in perfect condition! You could even say my car arrived in better condition than the pictures represented. Even though I had to pay an additional fee for shipping it was more than worth it! The shipping was around $ 900, BUT the overall price of the car was $ 3,200 LESS than any dealerships selling the same care here in Texas! I’m not sure if it was because it was a 2-​wheel drive, and 4-​wheel drive vehicles are more sought after in the northwest, but as far as I am concerned I got a steal and wasn’t bs’d by a bait and switch car salesman. Honestly I can say that anxiety aside from buying a car out of state, this was the best purchase I have made. I couldn’t be happier with my car or the service I got from this dealership. I loved that they didn’t waste my time with haggling or treat me with less customer service just because I live out of state. I would recommend them to anyone buying a new or used car, ESPECIALLY customers who already know what they want and don’t want to be jerked around. 5 stars ;-)
