Customer service was good. Restaurant was very clean, food was good. I had chicken and gyoza. Gyoza was cripsy. My fiancé had spicy chicken with stir fry veggies. Had cabage, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots.

Mediocre teriyaki in a busy strip mall near Costco and Home Depot. Service was friendly but the $ 9 beef teriyaki was a little chincy for the price.

Great service, friendly, quick. The staff is always kind and the food is delicious. One of my favorite Teriyaki places. Very nice to have something so good and affordable considering I work at Costco right next door!

I read other Unilocalers’ reviews about rudeness and unfriendliness but didn’t experience any of that when my husband and I went on a weeknight. We split a combo that included teriyaki beef, teriyaki chicken, gyoza, salad, and rice. We enjoyed the free hot tea while we waited. The food came and it was a perfect portion size for the both of us to share. The chicken was moist and was perfectly blackened. The teriyaki beef was also good — not chewy or fatty. We’d happily stop here again and again before or after a trip to Costco.

I work next door and would eat here often until this happen… Today as always I called in to order a lunch special which included an egg roll or gyoza on this day they only gave me the chicken and fried rice so I called and to let her know my gyoza wasn’t there she debated with me about my order and asked that I come back and bring my food. So I walked back over with my food and she begins the debate all over again about how I ordered and didn’t mention the gyoza but I did order a lunch special after a few minutes of this she grabs my food take it to the back removes half the chicken and add the gyoza. She gives me my food back and never once did she apologize about the misunderstanding or anything so at this point I’m very upset because as I mention I work next door and eat here at least 2 to 3 times a week. So I ask for my money back and she asked why what’s wrong now and I replied you have been very rude and I don’t like how I’ve been treated so I would rather spend my money somewhere else she said ok and gave me money back. RUDE!!!

The teriyaki is neither great not horrible… it’s just teriyaki. They have good lunch specials that are portioned very well. I got the spicy chicken teriyaki lunch combo with gyoza for $ 6.99. It was good… not too spicy. The gyoza is the kind you can find at any asian market in the freezer section. The white rice they have with the meal tastes a little too mushy… like they added a little too much water to it. But as I was finishing up, I found a pool of oil at the bottom. Will I be back? Maybe… but it’s not something I will crave.

1÷22÷15 — 1st time here. Beef teriyaki was only ok, have had better. Thin strips, 2 scoops rice, blue cheese dressing for salad. Place is clean; west wall was all mirrors so looks bigger. $ 8.99 was a bit much for what you get. Usually go to Toshi’s at MIll Creek which gives you steak cuts instead of thin strips and tastes better for $ 1 less but was at Costco so thought to give it a try. Other menu items may be better.

We live close to island and always rely on this place for good teriyaki! Excellent mixed fried rice as well.

This is hands down my favorite teriyaki place for the following reasons: 1) the food is always good And never the slightest bit disappointing. 2) my go to choice is item #1 and its consistently good. 3) the restaurant is always clean. No grime in the corners even. 4) I’m picky. So if I like it then you will too. 5) the chicken is tender. Never dry. Always juicy. 6) good portion size. It’s a big lunch. 7) the lady behind the counter is always friendly.

I had the chicken & Katsu chicken combo. This place gives smaller portions for me but the price is okay. They have a extensive menu. The teriyaki was a little dry and the sauce was a little salty. The Katsu was a good texture but the sauce is a little different from others have had. Not my first choice for teriyaki in the area.

I work near Teriyaki Island, so I find myself there at least once a week. The service is always nice and swift. I suavely just get teriyaki, but have heard excellent things about the noodle soups and ribs. The teriyaki sauce is not too sweet, which is a pet peeve of mine, and is just the right amount. It’s a better bet, by far, than the Costco food court nearby. When you are in that shopping complex, it’s a good spot for lunch. The place is clean, the bathroom is clean, menu varied, service is good. You bus yourself unless you happen to be getting up when someone is nearby cleaning a table– then they usually tell me just to leave it.

First time here. Ordered the chicken and gyoza combo. Comes with Rice and a little salad. The chicken was very tender and perfect tasty. The Gyoza was good as well. Salad typical mayo Asian dressing. Nothing special. The sauce on the Teriyaki and Gyoza was really good but the sauce on the table was too thick and smoky Teriyaki tasting. I didn’t like it. Over all it was great. For a Sunday afternoon it was busy and service was fast. They have a big menu excited to try something else next time. The combo and a fountain drink for 9.95.

I love the location of this place. Very easy to get to, especially if you’re waiting for the bus. The service here is very friendly. Prices are average for Teriyaki. Will return!

Teriyaki is teriyaki. Anywhere you go, it’s pretty much the same. EXCEPT for their chicken breast. I don’t think I’ve ever had a fresher chicken breast plate. And that’s all I order for the most part at teriyaki joints. Service is a little slow, but they’re usually busy. I would not recommend the ramen. Even when I tried to order that previously, the lady advised not to do so.

I only come here to get gyoza. Service is fast and my food is hot… That’s what keeps me happy.

The spicy chicken teriyaki is the best ever here. I crave it everyday but try not to go too much. You know you frequent a place too much when you walk through the door and they already know your order. The food here tastes really good and the owners a very nice. This place is also very clean and you can tell there is pride in ownership.

Pretty decent if you ask me. I usually order the Korean style short rib combo. I like this place better than our old go-to near Magnolia because it’s not served all super greasy. Today I tried the spicy chicken and gyoza combo. I don’t know what with but the chicken was spicy enough to make my cheeks flushed yet tolerable to enjoy. The combo comes with a salad but I don’t like their miso dressing. It’s a mysterious white goo with little flavor. Meals from here are usually an earned achievement of sorts for surviving the kill zone that is the adjacent Costco parking area.

The chicken teriyaki I ordered was super slimy because it consisted mostly of chicken fat. Gross. Even though I was starving I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. The lady behind the counter was rude. We didn’t get any napkins so when I asked for some she sighed and acted like it was such a burden for her. Not coming back here anytime soon

Ordered the chicken teriyaki n it came with rice, toss salad, n pasta salad… it was pretty good but I’m sorta use to having chicken that’s been marinating in sauce rather the sauce just on the chicken. But all in all this place is alright n I would come back here again if I’m in the area. They also have a special offer for $ 60 you get 10 coupons each worth up to $ 9 so you save like $ 30…this is a super good deal if you come here ALOT n those coupons never expire.

This spot needed an update… So how does a 2 start spot jump to a 4 in the eyes of a so called«Teriyaki snob?» Simple, make better food. Now, I still must say(while much better) the basic Chicken Teriyaki is still mediocre. Not the best, but not the worst as I had originally stated. What I love are some of their other dishes. The Chicken and Pork Katsu dishes are delicious. The meat is moist and flavorful and the breading is fried to perfection. A favorite of mine is the Pork or Chicken Katsu Curry dish. The portions are huge, they accommodate special requests(I don’t like the mac salad so I ask for extra greens. The services is super fast and super friendly… I went from really disliking this place to absolutely singing its praises, while the basic chicken teriyaki could use some work, everything is so damn tasty… 4 noms outta 5…
