Customer service is abysmal. Sandy on the telephone ‘does not have time’ to discuss client issues, «…everyone is going to die of something» is her response when asked simple questions as to the toxins they use in their process.

I’ve never had a problem at all with this company. They have been professional, fair and competitive. We had used another national spraying company for several years and discontinued using them because our yard just never looked very healthy. Enter Washington Tree, and they gave us a bid that was a bit lower than what we’d been paying, they use a fish fertilizer that my plants, shrubs and lawn absolutely love and have been responsive to all of my questions. I cannot believe that what they sprayed burned half of someone’s plants and killed the rest! Are you kidding me? So interesting. My plants have thrived.
Hopefully they’ve corrected the employee issue someone else mentioned. A bad seed can spoil it for the apple — too bad.

DUE NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They sprayed my plants and burnt over 50%
And killed the other 50%.
When I called to talk to a supervisor they said he would call me later that day. I called the next day and again he was busy.
He called later and said he was too busy to get out till the following week, but not to worry he would get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still no one has come to see the mess they made!
This is not a company to trust your landscaping to!

I called them to see how much it was to spray my yard for caterpillar pesticides. They said they would have to send someone out for a quote. I come home from work one day and there is a estimate on my door which was not very competitive. I decided to use to use someone else and a month later, I get a invoice in the mail for some work they claim they did. I have called 3 times now and no call back. Please beware of calling this place.
**They finally ended up calling me and canceling my bill. While the whole process was a hassle, they did take care of their problem.

Horrid Service. This company was contracted by our landscapers to apply a fungal treatment to our trees. I manage the building and I came out to ask some simple questions to the worker (bald guy, average height with facial hair) about where and what they were specifically spraying in order to contact a few residents who had forgotten to close their windows per my 48 hour notice. He then questioned whether I had even known they were coming, told me they were contracted by the landscaping company so he did not have to answer to me despite spraying chemicals on my property, then aggressively pointed and yelled which trees they were spraying.
I work in customer service and if ANY of my employees were representing my company that way theyed be gone in a heartbeat. I hope for the sake of their brand and small business success that this doesnt happen anymore. Lost my business, hope this is fixed before you offer them yours.

Wow, an honest company! We have been having some concerns with our beloved older cedar and an arborist suggested that perhaps it needed some deep root feeding. We called Washington Tree Service and they sent out Mike. Mike could not have been more knowledgeable and friendly. He examined the cedar and explained what he was seeing. Bottom line: nothing needed to be done. And there was no charge for the visit.
There are still honest companies operating around Seattle and Washington Tree Service is a fine example.
Btw, their honesty will be rewarded at a future time when I hire them for some of their other services, including pest control on some of our shrubs.
