I went in to get my arms waxed today and the esthetician had such ocd she kept waxing over areas that had no hair to wax… she took much longer than any other time I’ve had my arms waxed… when I went to pay the man at the desk told me it was 45 dollars, but when I called the day before I was told it was 30… it even said 30 on the website… I will not go back.

If I could give it no stars I would !! I came in for a pedicure and a eyebrow wax, at risk of sounding like the movie «White Chicks» I left with extremely messed up eye brows that I’m still working on fixing. Then apon removing my toe nail polish I discovered I had FUNGUS !!! I’ve never had any problems with my feet before this ! On top of that the nail tech cut my toe and made me bleed ! Big no no for me. Defiantly wasn’t worth the over charged fee I paid for such horrible service.

Absolutely awful customer service. I was not given a reminder call for an appointment (which is not something they offer apparently) and as I am sick with the flu my appointment naturally slipped my mind. Instead of receiving any sort of compassion I would expect from a business that cares about customer comfort, the receptionist was incredibly rude and uncooperative. She charged me the FULL amount of my service (over $ 50) which is absolutely insane. For someone who is struggling with finances as it is, this is robbery. They have lost my business permanently and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I went in to get my wife a gift certificate and the place was very nice. They helped me pick a good package and were very friendly. My wife went the next week and she loved her experience. She loved her facial the best and told me that she wants to go back very soon.

Nicci did my hair the other day, and I love it! She does a great job of explaining exactly what she is going to do to give you the best idea. I also had some tea before my appointment which was a nice tough.
