This place is terribly overpriced for the area and the service. 1. The techs will HOUND you the duration of your service about getting more expensive services, which they do NOT do well. I had to flat out tell one the last time I went she is welcome to do whatever she likes to my nails, but understand I am ONLY paying for what I asked for and not a penny more. Did that stop her from continuing to pester me about more expensive services? NOPE! …so I just took to ignoring her. 2. Their actual product is akin to what you would find at a run-of-mill $ 15-$ 20 full-set/$ 25 pedi community salon, except you will pay 3 times as much. Perhaps if they stop nagging and aggravating customers into getting more expensive services(really paying for, because you aren’t getting anything of more quality) they could focus on doing a decent enough job at what customers actually ask for.

I wish I had checked the reviews before I came here. Prices are definitely in the high side and they do a mediocre job. My heels are still rough and the leg massage was nothing to write home about. I had to come back the next day to have two toes repaired because the polish chipped and they gave me a bad look and fussed at me for leaving before they were dry when I did not leave until they checked them and said I was good to go. I will not be coming back.

Just went back for a classic pedicure. I’m totally turned off by this place. Forty dollars for a disgruntled employee who polished three fourths of my baby toenails and no lotion for my feet or legs… How is/has this place lasted? Although not expensive, the prices are steep and are equivalent to a five star place. This is one star at its best. One star for using a new buffer and emory board which you can keep when they are done with your feet. Not enough to appease me however. I’m done.

Ugh– I am having the worst time finding a good nail salon in the Shreveport area. This Spa is extremely overpriced! I paid $ 85.50(before tip) for a «Deluxe» Pedicure and Gel Manicure. Same nail tech did both my services under under 1 hour! I figured the deluxe would include a longer massage, foot mask or something– Nope! The deluxe pedicure was the most basic pedicure I have ever received. The edges of my polish on my gel manicure by my nail beds is very sloppy. I tipped another $ 15 and didn’t complain– now I’m just mad at myself. I will say they are clean and had a nice selection of polishes. I will not return or recommend this salon.

I avoided this place initially due to the poor rating on Unilocal. But I came here between errands, just needing a basic manicure and a polish change on my toes after the debacle that happened at the nail place where I last went. When I walked in, I was really surprised by how nice the atmosphere was. The nail techs aren’t the warmest bunch– but they aren’t mean by any stretch– just get down to business sort of folks. Which suited me just fine today, because I am on a schedule! I ended up staying for a full pedicure instead of a polish change, and am glad I did. My gal did a great job– and she was swift to boot! And the best part was I was seated right away as a walk-in– no waiting around, which happens so many times at other places whether I make an appointment or not.

Overpriced and uninspired. It was $ 45.50 for a «deluxe» pedicure that included a distracted rub down with a scrub, painfully hot towel wraps, and no massage. The lady doing mine spent half of it talking to someone on her cell phone, and then abandoned me in the chair to dry until I finally decided to leave and went to find her socializing somewhere else. The friend who was with me did not fare any better; at least the lady I was working with bothered to help me with my shoes! The gentleman my friend ended up with just left here there, barefoot. Maybe I’m just spoiled by my local place, where they are friendly, nice, and expertly rub things. If anyone should be charging $ 45 for a «deluxe» pedicure that is actually just the very most basic, it should be them! Not Serenity Spa. Strongly would not recommend this overpriced and generally rather chilly service.
