Torque Center Powersports is located in Shreveport, LA. We specialize in Parts Accessories and Service for ATVs, Side by Sides, Harley-​Davidson® Motorcycles, and Metric Motorcycles. I have over 25 years experience in the powersports industry.

History

Established in 2012.

I have over 25 years experience in the powersports industry. I have worked in parts and service at dealerships. I have worked for wholesale distributors such as Drag Specialties, Parts Unlimited, and Tucker Rocky. Most recently I was the Parts Manager at Shreveport Harley-​Davidson. They closed down in Feburary 2010 and I was laid off.

After I was laid off, people in my neighborhood started to bring me their ATVs and motorcycles for repairs. After about 2 years of this, my landlord told me I could no longer work on projects from my house. I ended up leasing a 3,600 square foot builing in South Shreveport.

I am very knowledgeable in the area of motorcycle and ATV parts and service. I am always willing to share the knowledge I have gained over the years with anyone that is willing to learn.

In 1983 Todd Saved up enough money from his paper route to purchase a used dirt bike from a local dealer. He hung around the shop so much that the owner put a broom and a dust rag in his hand and said, «If you’re going to be here all the time, you my as well work.» 30 years later, he is still working in the powersports industry. Shortly after the local Harley-​Davidson dealer closed down in 2010 he opened up Torque Center Powersports.
