It’s hard to trust people that sell cars, and just as hard to trust people that sell jewelry. I was referred by a family member that trusts George (the owner), and I’m so pleased to have gone to see him. I was treated with respect and never rushed or pressured at all. Ultimately, my purchase was easy, and I got the very best thing for my budget.
Key concepts to note here: trust, quality, integrity.
I’m not likely to ever shop elsewhere for jewelry again. Simon Jewelers is the best!

After a disappointing visit to another family jeweler, this was just the break I needed. I got to speak to the owner instead of other random employees. Although he couldn’t accomplish what I was looking to get done, he referred me to another jeweler who may or may not be able to help me. However, the customer service was amazing and I would definitely return for any other jewelery needs as my 1st choice!

Best jeweler around. Has been my family’s jeweler for about 10 years and I couldn’t think about going anywhere else. George is the owner and the only one you will deal with. There are no high school girls selling you jewelry.
He buys gold, and has great deals. I dont believe he does anything silver, but only gold, white gold, and platinum.

I recently sold some scrap gold at Simon’s and was pleased that the gold was tested and weighed in front of me, and I was given a fair price. It was especially gratifying to speak to someone who understands gold markings from outside the United States. If you want to have a piece made (or repaired), the person you speak to is the person who does the work. This little shop is my first choice for jewelry in Shrewsbury. Fair prices and personal service are big pluses at Simon Jewelers.
