Best pizza in Shrewsbury and surrounding area! Sauce is delicious and pizza is just the right thickness with a perfect amount of cheese. Would definitely recommend. Prices are super reasonable too!

Called to order a pizza, guy put me on hold, when he came back said rudely«still not ready to order?» And I said I was and he replied«then why you not order?» So I said«yeah you know what…» then he hung up on me. Wonderful customer service. Tried calling back they wouldn’t answer, tried calling from a different phone they hung up on me. How this place has anything more than one star is beyond me.

I had to give up on this place because when it’s busy its chaos in there. No pickup numbers or names. Good luck if you order a cheese pizza over the phone… First person to walk in and say cheese gets it! People order and then stand at the counter like there’s nowhere else to stand. There is no order. It’s like a little mob scene. Who needs it for skimpy little subs. Go down the street to shrewsbury pizza or dean park.

Great food the guys behind the counter did not have much of a personality but who cares when you have great food to offer and have speedy service

This place was so rude I called to place an order and he hung up on me twice and then would not answer the phone! I hope people that read this will look for another place to eat!

Great pizza and great staff. On Mon/Tue two large cheese pizzas for 12 bucks cannot beat the deal. Just recently had a fairly large order for a pizza party and they had them all ready to go and they were great. The staff is very friendly and outgoing.

Hahahaha. Who reviewed this hole? It must be family because this place makes Greek pizza which isn’t pizza at all seem good, and on top of that its BAD Greek pizza. It is cheap but you’re better off with frozen pizza.

I really wanted to like this place as a local business. I went on 2 occasions. I got an Eggplant Calzone the first time, which was easily 4 star food. I got a Greek salad the second time, which was disappointing. The iceberg lettuce core took up a lot of space in the salad, there was very little feta, and the accompanying pita was very stale. Although many have commented on the friendly owners, I didn’t get that feeling at all. I felt a little out of place actually. I didn’t find the place charming, rather it seemed run down and less than perfectly clean. I am going to keep looking for my go-to pizza, salad, and sub place.

Villiage pizza is my favorite pizza place in all of Shrewsbury. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. On Mondays/Tuesdays there is a 2 large cheese pizzas for $ 11.99 special. The calzones are also good, but if you want ricotta cheese or sauce on the inside, you have to ask(although sauce does come on the side).

$ 10 for a pizza on a late Thursday night after flying into Logan. It hit the spot and is what you expect from a small town pizza joint. Nothing flashy and simple pizza ready in 10 minutes. No bread or cheese sticks available sadly… will visit again.

Pizza at Village Pizza is the best deal in town, and the sauce alone tastes great. The owners and the place are full of character and old school feel, with pictures of Greece line the walls. While English may not be their strong suit, the owners here are incredibly hard-working. Fish & Chips are offered every day.

I hadn’t been here in years and years because I had found other places I liked better. However, on Easter Sunday every other place else was closed, so I gave it another shot. The pizza was better than I remembered, not too-thick crust, flavorful toppings. The pastrami sub wasn’t too fatty, with gooey provolone and spicy mustard. Seems like I may have to start patronizing Village Pizza more often.

Not bad because it is close to home. I am annoyed they don’t give you a number to avoid mix-ups with phone orders. You can arrive on time only to see your sausage pizza left with the guy who called it in 5 minutes ago while you stand there like a dufus. Run by Greeks may explain the confusion here.
