Great pizza! The owners are very personable and remember who you are. It also helps that my wife is calibrese. Good pies friendly service.

I never want to eat any pizza that is not Calabria’s «grandma’s» pizza.
We had it for the first time this weekend and it was so good I could hardly believe it.
I can’t wait to have it again — saved a couple of slices for lunch tomorrow. And you KNOW we’ll be back there this Saturday.

Perhaps (turd hats for those «Raymond» fans) it’s premature to give 5 stars based on one slice of pizza. I stopped in only to find out that they have been here for 2 years. I just don’t get to this part of Yorktown much.
The restaurant itself is clean and neat as are the counters. The owner was friendly and offered descriptions of all the specialty items behind the glass.
I opted for a Chicken Scarpariello (although I’ve seen it as Scarparelli also) slice. It had a bit of heat as expected and a bit light on the sausage for me, but the crust was light and thin without being burnt. At $ 4 for the slice, it isn’t the cheapest eats around but the quality was worth the 25 or 50 cents.
Def on my list of places to return to!

Awesome pizza, everything I’ve order here over the past couple of years has been great. Always served by the owner himself, this is quintessential NY pizza. Would give more stars if they were available!

Love this place! The food is so good, they are very clean and very accommodating, spinach rolls are awesome! And def give the wings a try, you won’t be disappointed they’re delicious!

Only gave one star because it won’t let me give zero. Worst take out ever! Cold and tasteless. zucchini sticks looked like french fries and had no zucchini in them. My kids who love mozz sticks said they were horrible and wouldn’t eat them grandma pie was burnt and inedible won’t order from here again. Had to make dinner to feed my kids kind of defeats the purpose of ordering out. Menu went in the trash.

The broccoli Rabe and sausage cavatelli is another dish you should try. The broccoli, sausage, and garlic are perfectly proportioned out. For under 10 $ you get this at a lunch sized portion. And it’s great food!

I got the fettuccine carbonara and the Calamari– absolutely delicious. and the pizza is cheesy and gooey and just perfect.
To top it off the price was very good considering the pasta was FRESHLY made.
everything else was amazing.
I will definitely be going back :)

We decided to try Calabria’s last night for the first time for take-​out pizza. We had a Grandma’s Pie ($ 22) and a Regular Large Pie with Pepperoni ($ 17). The Grandma’s Pie was one of the best pizza’s I have ever had — amazing taste, texture and appearance. The other pie was good also — seemed a little larger than most of large pie’s we get from other places — my kid’s found the pepperoni to be very spicy but there at least there was a fair amount of pepperoni on the pie.
When I asked whether they take AMEX the answer was NO. I asked if they could try to get it and I was told it was too expensive and they would never take it. I don’t understand this thinking at all. I just spent $ 40 on dough cheese and sauce and they can’t afford to spend a little more on the Amex credit card fees to make me happy. I probably spend $ 150 a month on pizza and without Amex (the card I generally choose to use) I won’t be returning to this place anymore. Too bad the pizza was good but the customer service was not. At least they could have told me they would look into taking Amex rather answering me the way they did.
Also, they do not have a web site or and on-​line menu — another poor decision.

Delicious… delicious… delicious…love the Grandma’s pizza! Great chicken parm rolls… fresh and tasty! Immaculate restaurant and they are nice too! Definitely going back, again and again!
