Our head trainer has extensive experience in distance races and running obstacle courses – a background that reflects the intensity of training offered at our classes. He is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer with a specialty in Strongman and Endurance training.

Chris has been working with clients for over 5 years specializing in athletic performance training. He enjoys helping people to run their first 5k race or improving their time in obstacle course races. Having played and coached soccer at the competitive levels he knows that it’s just as much about teamwork as it is about the dedication to personal improvement.
