I have been to see Gayle a few times. She and her staff have always treated me with the utmost respect. I have had peculiar dental issues and they have always been very caring.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Lundtvedt for close to 9 years and have nothing but good things to say about her, her staff and their professionalism.
She is kind, compassionate and caring toward her patients. She is careful to explain any procedures she is doing and is always checking to be sure we are comfortable and not in any kind of pain.
The office staff and the chair-​side staff are all friendly, caring and attentive. We are always made to feel welcome when we arrive and treated with respect in every way.
We are glad to recommend Dr. Lundtvedt and appreciate all the great care and service we have received over the past 9 years.

The office people are AWESOME — very organized and on top of stuff. They take Delta Dental and the co-​pays are reasonable.
I’ve had nothing but good things to say about having my teeth cleaned there. I like a good deep scaling and they are happy to oblige.
But I won’t be going back.
Dr. Lundvedt is very abrupt and NOT patient. I’ve told her many times I need extra Novocaine to numb up and at first she doesn’t believe me, then gets annoyed that I am screwing up her schedule by having to get more. You’d think there would be a chart note or something.
She also doesn’t take care with her instruments and clunks the hell out of my teeth — a pet peeve of mine. I have a very small mouth and not much space to work — it’s not like I can unhinge my jaw and give her more room.
My husband is used to Air Force Dentists and doesn’t mind the abrupt manner or teeth clunking so he still goes there.

Great staff, very professional! One of the best dentist that I have ever been to. Read the other review of the office and it isn’t true at all. I love this place. If they make mistakes they are very appologetic and corrected the mistake. I am a patient and have personal experience. All the assistants are awesome, the doc is awesome and hilarious!

The staff in this office is so rude, and so unprofessional, that it’s almost like watching a movie. You don’t quite believe it because it’s so over the top, but unfortunately there’s no popcorn here. If you read my reviews, you know I don’t hesitate to tell the truth, but in this case I almost can’t find appropriate words to convey how appalling this office is. Must be a local phenomenon, because I’ve never seen such a collection of utter disdain for customers as I have in some places in the Sierra Vista area. This one, and one other, are the worst though, and I do mean WORST. Stay away, good people! Stay AWAY!
