Oh my goodness!!! I have dealt with my fair share of realtors in Ca, and WOW, Josh and his team are seriously above and beyond anything I could have ever expected from a realtor and realtor team!!! We decided to buy a house on a Saturday and by that next Thursday, Josh had set us up with the BEST mortgage company for our mortgage approval (which we got), had driven us to tons of houses within our price range and with the requirements we wanted (3 bedroom, 2 bath, big lot, etc) and helped us sign the papers to start the process. Also, throughout the WHOLE process Josh personally checked in with us, like after meeting with the mortgage company and after our home inspection, just to make sure we had a pleasant experience with the people he suggested (all of his suggestions are WORTH following, great professional references) and that we were happy with the results. My husband and I couldn’t believe how easy Josh made it and also how comfortable to work with him it was. He’s soon professional but also very personal, which is often hard to find. Josh KNOWS real estate and is such an honest hard working man. We plan on buying a few rentals and there is NO WAY we’d ever use anyone but Josh and the Josh Berkley team!!! Josh really works for you to get the BEST deal. I had no idea real estate agents could be this honest and truly care about their clients and their clients happiness. We are so blessed to have been able to have him as our realtor!!!

What an amazing team of people! My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and had no idea where to start. Josh and his team eagerly jumped in and helped us get on our way! An honest and very trust worthy business. Wonderful work ethics and great customer service. With every question we had, we received immediate and thorough answer. The people here want to make sure you understand everything and will make sure they are there every step of the way… Even after it’s said and done.
