Castle In The Sky Day Care

Let me start off by saying that this daycare is very clean. But Carolina and her Mother are «know it alls». I brought my 6 month old son there and wrote out his exact schedule and everything that they needed to know for feeding, changing him ect. They gave him water and I specifically told them NO water! His pediatrician firmly told me no water because it can be dangerous for infants. When I told her to please not give him water she got upset with me for asking her to not do that with MY son. It seems they forget that they are just the babysitter and not the children’s actual parent. Mind you, their story changed about what really happened a couple of times so I’m not even sure what actually happened. She then had the audacity to «inform me» that «I was lucky she even told me what she did with my son during the day» because according to her she isn’t obligated to share that information with me. I was very disappointed by their attitudes and how they argued and questioned my parenting. I am also pretty sure they have to many kids for the two of them that work there. When I dropped him off one day with her mom she just kind of grabbed my son from me (while holding another child) and walked outside, that also really bothered me. I also informed them that I do not use the cry it out method and she lets my son cry it out and again got mad at me for asking her nicely to not do that anymore. My son has NEVER had a diaper rash and when I picked him up one day he had poop on his butt and was all red :(All in all I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone close to me unless you are okay with people arguing with you about how you want your child to be raised.
