Business Owner
Mr. Kent began his career in the learning and development industry as a Performance Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training in Southern California. In 2004, he became the Senior Vice President of the organization. In 2005, Mr. Kent joined Dale Carnegie of Ohio and Indiana where he operated the Columbus and Cleveland franchises for several years. Most recently, in early 2008, Mr. Kent returned to Southern California and became the Franchisee and President of DC of SoLA.
In his year tenure with Carnegie, Mr. Kent has been a twelve time Award Winner at Dale Carnegie Global Conventions. He has been recognized for exemplary performance in a number of competencies including franchise leadership, sales management, personal sales production, product innovation, and instruction.
