that sent me a computer that never worked. I returned it and they claimed it was damaged. I returned it in the sane condition that I recieved it. They have refused it and denined a refund or credit, This company is a complete rip off

This store gave me a horrible service and attitude!!! And they are most probably racists! And I think they are doing some shady business with people identities, so be careful buying from them! The guy on the phone is extremely rude, she heard my accent and treated me horribly since then, and just not a good person in general, refused to help me, refused to answer my questions, just kept hanging out on me when I asked him question and kept yelling: give me money, give me money!!! And also had a nerve to call me a fraud!!! He had no right to call me that!!! That was way out of the line!!! Outrageous!!! Beware!!!

I am giving two stars because the shipment came fast. I purchased ten used iMacs and one was bad. Not a big problem as it was under warranty. The problem is this. You can’t talk to customer service only people in sales and they only refer you to on-line communications with customer service. Poor way to do business. I do have an RMA number from Gainsaver. you have to go through UPS to return an item and I cant get a label from UPS and still do not have one from Gainsaver(am waiting for customer service to get back to me). It should be fairly simple but not with this company. Never again.
