Had glitter shirts printed a few years ago. Leaving review NOW because I STILL have glitter all over my storage area after 3 years!!! I was just reminded when I had to move the shirts and was covered in glitter once again. I got so upset that I decided to finally leave feedback. As soon as I pick up one of these darn shirts, it RAINS glitter! Needless to say nobody wanted to buy the shirts and hardly anyone wanted them as a gift. I lost about $ 1000 on the 200 shirts and the horrible glitter print. I had ordered about 800 shirts altogether and everything else that had come in touch with the glitter shirts was of course also full of it. DISASTER! When I placed my order I was NOT told that the glitter would rain down like this and literally be ALL OVER. I was told it would EVENTUALLY come off with washing (gone after 2 washes) and they therefore suggested a gray print underneath (additional charge of course). I wish they had just told me they weren’t able to do glitter…
In addition, one of the girls was very rude and probably shouldn’t deal with customers. I was told the shirts were ready and when I came to pick up with a friend during my lunch hour, we had the door shut right in front of us! The girl said she is going for lunch and would be back in 2 or 3 hours and we should come back then. I giggled because I thought she was kidding. The shirts were sitting right there and it would have taken 2 minutes to take them outside. BUT NO, she wasn’t kidding. She was serious and told us to leave. I usually don’t have a problem to speak up but this left me SPEECHLESS. My friend as well. So much to customer service! Needless to say I have now gone to the competition and haven’t had any issues.

Karla and team were wonderful! Quick turnaround and just what I needed for my sons TBall team. Will definitely suggest to league to send other teams their way.

I have worked with the ladies at iCreate Graphix a few times. They have done my team’s hockey jerseys for the past three seasons and they never disappoint! Our team looks pretty sweet out the ice with the jerseys that iCreate Graphix made for us.

Easy Peasy to work with. Fast. I had a small order of shirts made for my wedding and I sent in the request with little time before the wedding. Ava and her team were really fast and responsive. The shirts came out great. Good quality screenprinting and good quality soft shirts. I worked mainly with Ava. There was one day I called and she was out, but whoever was on the phone was awesome too.

Great service! Quick and easy! I’ve used their printing services for both personal and work and they have always done a great job. I’ve had custom t-​shirts made as well as business cards and postcard, the quality is excellent and they are extremely reliable! The only place I’ll go to.

My friend Jay had explained the mishap we had with this business in his review, and I also came back to write an update after receiving the final product.
I had been emailing back and forth with Ava or almost 3 weeks. Although she is a nice lady and I know she’s just doing her job, it is sickening that the company is so dependent on a Unilocal review that they had to stoop so low to try and bribe us. Twice.
It first began with them offering us a deal of waiving the $ 60 rush fee, if we could get 3 people to write a Unilocal review about the service so far, because our project was pretty last minute. Sounded like a fair deal at that point, so we did.
Then, after going back and forth SO many times after our unsatisfied order, we decided to just settle with a refund. However, when we asked if we could receive the $ 25 refund that THEY offered, they insisted one of the «bad» reviews to be taken down first. (See attachment) At that point, I had enough. I took back my request, because I knew $ 25 was not worth them getting their way.
I wish they would have admitted their fault in the first place, and be more professional about the whole situation instead of trying to blame us and play mind games.
We tried so hard to compromise, but our requirements were far from being met. Let’s be real, the placement of the logo just wasn’t right. Giving everyone an ice cream or a snicker bar (yes, they really suggested that) isn’t going to satisfy our $ 400 order. We are in no way trying to «gang up» on them or write untrue stories because we are angry. I am sure they have provided and satisfied many shirts in the past and will continue in the future. It was just unfortunate that they were not able to do it with us.
PS. I wouldn’t be so surprised if most of these Unilocal reviews were «bought», though. Just be careful what you get yourself into.

Karla knows her stuff! Super reliable and comes through 100 percent. I needed a rush order of 100 T-​Shirts for a promotional even with some of my staff and a bunch of clients and she came through no problem. Ava is always happy to help me with some issues getting a file ready to print and were able to pull off an amazing job in a short amount of time. They even added on a few more shirts last minute for me. Leslie is cool too… Five Stars Plus more.

The ladies at iCreate Graphix are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their craft. They were able to help me create about 100 fraternity tank tops, and helped me lower costs while still providing great quality products. I had previously gone to iCreate graphix to have some custom baseball jerseys printed and they came out beautifully. I returned last week to have 17 custom tank tops printed in time for a music festival, and while they did an amazing job communicating… I ended up deeply dissatisfied with the end product. The proofs Ava sent had perfect placement for our design, but the shirts came out with the logo printed in an awkward place! It was supposed to be right where the breast pocket of a shirt should be, but it ended up very low in the center of the shirt, almost at the sternum. I will no longer be returning or referring anyone to this establishment.

This is my FAVORITE place to get things printed. I started my business 4 years ago and Icreate has been my go to place from the beginning. I am able to bring them my ideas and Karla & Ava work super hard to make it a reality. They are friendly and so fun to work with. If people are looking for printing, shirts, business cards etc… I ALWAYS send them to Icreate!
I recently sent my mommy there to get shirts made for our family reunion. The shirts came out wonderful and my mom could not stop talking about how awesome they were.

Icreate graphix’s good communication and service all crumbled beneath our feet during the final lap of our shirt productions. Ava communicated with us throughout the whole thing and helped us with everything we needed. The problem occurred when she began sending us proofs of the design. We previously sent them a picture of what we wanted. Shouldn’t be too hard to follow a picture right? Wrong. Although she told us that the proofs wouldn’t be to scale, they ended up causing us major problems. Firstly, the tank top looked really strange in the first proof along with the front image. (Images shown below). She said the ghost in the front was 4 inches… And although the proofs were not to scale.(reference «1^st proof» photo below). Is that anywhere comparable to 4 inches? The next proof we asked for a 2.5 inch image of the ghost… This ghost looked like it was barely an inch big… At this point we were really confused (and we didn’t want to bother them anymore) so we settled for 3 inches.
Our final price for 17 tank tops came out to just less than $ 400. All of them had personalized backs and small ghosts in the front. Not a bad price in my opinion.
The final product was the true problem. The back came out clean, no problems there. The front, however, was a mess. The ghost ended up being too close to the center, too big, and lower than I expected it to be. When we asked about this issue with Ava’s boss, who’s name I’ve forgotten, she told us that this was the standard printing for what we wanted, also stating that we should’ve specified more in the email. It was nothing close to the two proofs they sent us or the mock up we sent them. As professionals, the proofs should reflect how the final product should look like. Correct me if I’m wrong, but proofs should mock the actual shirt, meaning the ghost should’ve been placed where it was going to be printed. So I don’t understand why they positioned the ghost in such an odd spot in the final product. A vast majority, if not all, agreed that the front ghost looked «weird», «in a strange place», «why did they do that», «…what the f***». This is a huge deal to me because I helped designed and distribute the shirts. Imagine giving shirts for 17 people and having them be disappointed with the outcome. Paying 25 bucks for a shirt you won’t wear again, just because of a misplaced print, seems like a waste of money. We decided to go and talk to them about it.
The only thing they offered us for our disappointment was:
1. A $ 25 check
2. A free image screen on the next order (which is value at $ 25)
3. Or the option of bringing in our own shirts and having them print the same image (only the front ghost) on each shirt (again $ 25)
She called it a discount. 25 $ out of 400 $ is pretty much 6% of our total cost. No thanks. She didn’t even want to give us the 25 $ if we changed our previous reviews, so i guess we’re not getting 25 $ back. She did help us by telling us that 25 dollars can buy ice cream for all 17 of us. Thanks boss.
Overall good communication and service up until they got their money and gave us our final products. And whoever is doing the proofs… please do a better job. It wouldn’t have been hard for them to send us a picture of one printed shirt for approval before printing all of them as well. Ava did a great job. Her boss however seemed to care more about her business than her customers. She even questioned the photo of me wearing the product, stating that anybody can take an «oddly» angled photo that made the ghost in the front look as if it was in a weird position. Wtf? I guess we won’t be getting our ice cream.

The team at iCreate Graphix is amazing! They’re on point with their designs as well as their turnaround. Ava and Karla are very knowledgeable about their craft, and have been able to suggest different printing methods that would work best with my ideas.
They recently moved to a new and bigger location, which I think does wonders for their productivity.

This place was absolutely wonderful! They filled a small order for me (4 sweaters) and were able to squeeze it in before Christmas! After Christmas I realized I wanted one more sweater made, shot them a quick email, and they saved the screen. Once I returned back from the holidays they promptly made me one more sweater! I recommend this place to all of my friends for a big or small order! Fantastic final product and even better costumer service!!!

I was in major stress mode getting ready for my family reunion and in desperate search of finding a company that could create the T-​shirts that I needed in a very short time. We had a tight budget and all the places I contacted around me were giving quotes that almost made me pass out. I took a chance on Unilocal and contacted icreate graphix and I’m so glad I did. Karla helped me design a awesome shirt. And even as my order kept growing they were able to give me a fair price.
Though I sat there and created the design with them, the end results were better than I could have expected and really added to the excitement of the family reunion.
