ProCare 2000 Home Health Care provides a wide and complete range of both skilled and non-​skilled home care services.

A partial listing of our Skilled Services include: In Home IV Therapy, Diabetic Wound Care and Teaching, Medication setups, Pain Management, Hydration Therapy, Medical Case Management and much more. We are also specialists in the in-​home care of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

History

Established in 1992.

ProCare 2000 Home Health Care has been providing exceptional, skilled and non-​skilled in-​home nursing services to Southern California for the past 22 years. We are state licensed, fully bonded and insured. All ProCare 2000 staff are actual employees of ProCare 2000 and not contracted labor. All staff are covered by workers Comp and thoroughly background checked before becoming a member of our team. We personally train both our non skilled and skilled caregivers in the fine art of in-​home patient care. All caregivers are CPR certified by the American Red Cross before employment.

All new client cases are opened by one of our on staff RN’s, who then perform a home safety check along with a patient evaluation at no cost to the client. We will work with your family members and your doctor, if needed, to develop the right care plan for your specific needs or you can simply hire us for hourly or live-​in companion care.
