Silver Spoon Jewelry

I’ve seen this line of jewelry a couple of times now at different street festivals, most recently at the Fillmore Jazz Festival. The jewelry of earrings, bracelets, pins, watches and necklaces are created from silver plated silverware patterns dating from 1800’s to early 1900’s. The watches have quartz movement by Citizen. They do mail orders as well.
The earrings run about $ 48, rings $ 29, necklaces $ 56 up to $ 178 with pearls, bracelets $ 48-​$ 98, and watches $ 119. I liked a lot of the bracelets but most have toggle clasps, which I will not buy since I’ve lost a few pieces when the toggles would not secure the piece in place.
BFF bought a couple of pieces — bracelets. Some of the pieces resemble too much like the handles of spoons, but I liked the pieces where the insides are cut out which gives it a lacy Victorian look. Interesting pieces but you have to check carefully as some of the backings of the pieces were losing their tarnish.
