AA Heating & Air Conditioning Repair

Excellent! I want to start with that word when I’m describing AA heating and air-​conditioning. One Saturday morning I decided to drive to a heating and air-​conditioning store that sold materials for HVAC technicians and I met Roger outside going into the store. I had never seen him before. Even thought he was busy, he was nice and pleasant. I explained to him what my problem was and that I needed to have a new AC unit. I later found out I needed a heat pump. Roger took time out of his day to take me to several other supply houses to find out if they had what I needed. He didn’t try to sell me anything. He didn’t try to push his company or product’s on me. He simply tried to help. At the end of the day I couldn’t find what I needed and Roger took my name and number. He then took it upon himself to call several other places to see if he could find what I felt I needed. He could not and he apologized. I checked other places and could not find it. We decided to get a new indoor and outdoor system so I called Roger. He quickly called his boss, got us a really great price, set up a time to install the unit and gave me an absolutely wonderful payment plan. I was not available during that time, but Roger and his crew came to our house installed the unit at the time that he promised that he would be there as promised, the unit will be installed. Roger made sure that we had heating and air-​conditioning. The job was done quickly, efficiently and promptly. The payment arrangement was as stated. I cannot say enough about Roger and AA heating and air-​conditioning and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who doesn’t want to pay the cost of the big-​name companies with overhead that we, as the consumer, are forced to assume via high prices.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
This business is not professional or reliable, and I would not trust them to change a light bulb in my house, much less service the heating or AC unit, especially in an emergency.
I had a horrible experience with this HVAC company. My heat went out last week and I contacted them for emergency service. I was told that a technician would show up at my house that same day, but no one came. I called multiple times with no answer, and when I finally reached the tech in the afternoon, he said he was having car trouble and would be there within the hour. I waited the rest of the day and he didn’t come or call. Next morning I call again and I’m told he would be there within the hour. I wait all day and no one shows up or bothers to call or explain. Third day, same story despite multiple calls from myself and my management company. After this I gave up and called another company, only wish I had done it sooner.

We had arrived back from our holiday travels to find the house at 45 degrees and the furnace wouldn’t turn on. We called AA at 745 pm — Al answered the phone himself and actually performed the service too. He explained every step of what he was doing and was very methodical. After fixing the power supply, he stuck around to make sure the furnace was running properly and found a few more items that needed fixed. His attention to detail is second to none and is a delightful person to work with. The rates? AMAZING. I expected to pay a heck of a lot more for an emergency service, the level of work performed, and the detail he put into his work. Will be calling on them for all of our future needs and recommending to everyone.

We contacted AA for emergency repairs on our rental unit’s heat pump this December. Albert answered the phone directly and arranged for a service call within the hour. His team was prompt, thorough, and came up with a plan to have our tenant’s heat up and running within 2 hours of our initial call. For Sunday service, we are more than pleased with AA’s responsiveness AND fees; we will most definitely entertain using them for much needed upgrades before another emergency arises.
