Alto Driving School

I do not recommend Alto driving school. My niece attended Alto. My sister paid $ 300. When my niece completed the classes, she called to find out how much it would cost to use their car for her driving test, since she was comfortable driving it. The woman she spoke with told her it would be $ 80 and she would need to get the car on her test day with an adult with a drivers license. The price was pretty low however, it was strange to me that an instructor would not be present. When we arrived a few days later to pay, since we were told we had pay in advance. The woman told us that we could not use the car because there would be no guarantee that the car would be available on her test day, which makes no sense since Alto is a driving school! I said whoever my niece spoke to told us to come in person to pay and the car would be available. The woman did not seem to care so we left. I called back to complain to the manager. The general manager told me that the price is $ 140 and that we would need to meet the instructor at the driving school and he would take us to the MVA and then take us back to Alto. Wow was all I could say. It is very obvious that the employees are not at all knowledgeable about the process since I continued to me misinformed about the process. The fact that for whatever reason my sister decided to choose Alto for her daughter’s driving school you think they would take care of your driving needs in a more professional manner. I am still not sure why they do not value their customers. I decided of course not to use their services. We went with Greg’s driving school they only charged us $ 110 and met us at the MVA. Which was so shocking to us since my niece did not attend their driving school.

Mr. M is the best. He was patient when my wife was learning to drive. They also offer classes in Spanish!
