Aspen Hill Exxon

For about 5 years now I have trusted Dan and Benny’s team of mechanics at Aspen Hill Exxon with three different vehicles. I am always completely satisfied with the work. Fair prices. Quality work. Honest diagnosis. Great customer service. Friendly customer service isn’t usually highly expected in a gas station/​garage but it can definitely be expected here. Everyone is so nice! I have referred a few friends and associates to these guys at Exxon and everyone of them have been just as satisfied as me and have returned to them multiple times. I have been to other shops before and I have never felt 100% comfortable working with them, most of them were also corporate chains. I don’t have much knowledge about cars and have unfortunately been swindled because of it. I love my car and value what little money I make and don’t want that messed around with, and the guys at Exxon don’t mess around with it.
All the mechanis are very informative and honest about issues and repairs, they don’t beat around the bush, and they give you a very fair price. They even let me in the garage and show me what needs to be done. They work fast as well, which is important for me since I rely on my car so much for travel and work, just like lots of other people. I have never once had a problem with their work or have had to take my car back.
My car is always driving and feeling better than it was before I take my car in. The team is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I never worry about which mechanic is working on my car for whatever job I am there for.
They are always busy, so obviously other people trust their work as well. There shop is attached to a gas station and is super convenient when I need to fill up or just want a beverage or a snack.
Aspen Hill Exxon definitely gets 5 stars from me and my #1 recommendation for vehicle work. As long as they are in business, that is where my car will go.

I want to give these guys at the gas station a shout out for three reasons:
1. At just a bit over $ 1.50 a gallon I filled the car up for less than $ 24 for the first time in what seems like 3 years.
2. But before I even got to fill up — I had Soccerballgirl in the back seat and she was desperate to go potty and was having real trouble holding it in — I skidded across three lanes of traffic to pull in here, abandoned the car, ran into the shop dragging Soccerballgir behind me, the two trendy tattooed nose-​and-​mouth-​ringed clerks knew immediately what I needed, tossed me a no-​look pass of the toilet key and pointed me out the back…
3. Sadly, since the door had two locks I couldn’t figure out which was the working one in time and Soccerballgirl could not hold it in any more, so there was a little bit of spillage on her pants and trousers… but the good news is they had one of those nuclear powered hot air blowers and holding her up against that for about 10 minutes did the trick, dried her clothes off and we were able to get on with the day’s adventures…
