Buildran’s founder, Edy Lopes, has been in the lead position in the market of home inspections as well as construction inspections, a very successful company in its endeavor of providing the MD/​VA/​DC community with thorough and accurate inspections.

Concerned about the number of repeated and common flaws found during the inspections, Edy Lopes, realized it was paramount that actions be taken in the early stages of construction to avoid so many flaws, which lead to extra costs, disappointment and stress down the line.

Therefore, Buildran was founded to be a construction company whose goals are nothing less than providing excellence in every service it sets out to do. Due to the comprehensive selection process our team has undergone, expertise and know-​how is commonplace among Buildran’s team.
