We just had our deck cleaned and stained and it is beautiful. We could not be happier.
We had a great experience with Carlton — he was responsive to questions and requests, meticulous in his work and the final product was better than expected.

He cleaned my steps and driveway after the Jan 2016 big snow (24+ inches). showed up on time, did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I will definitely use him again.

My husband and I recently purchased a voucher and attempted to schedule a pressure washing service for our exterior siding. From the onset, Carlton was extremely unprofessional– after filling out the Service estimate request on his website I never got a call, but instead received an 8 word email with no greeting, signature or other acknowledgement that I was a potential new customer. His email exchanges continued to be less than 10 word fragments as I tried to arrange scheduling for the service; and throughout his responses had the tone that I was inconveniencing him by trying to solicit his business.
In the end, we agreed on a day and time, and an hour or so before he was expected to arrive I received an email saying he needed to delay the job to the following week because he had other customers «waiting weeks» for his services due to the weather being nicer today. When I responded that I was disappointed in the last minute cancellation because we had already moved outdoor furniture and made arrangements for our pets, and asked for a guarantee that he would keep the next appointment if we agreed to reschedule; he sent back an extremely unprofessional and combative email in response claiming that he had told us about a weather policy all along (which he did not).
In the end we decided we didn’t want someone with a bad attitude working on our house, and didn’t want to give our money to a poorly run business; so we requested a refund of the Unilocal voucher and told him to lose our number.
