Chungs Martial Arts Center

This studio is the BMW of area martial arts studios. Very clean, huge, several training rooms. The staff is very knowledgeable in the arts they are teaching which is tae kwon do. Their main training room has padded floors, so when small bodies fall they will not hurt themselves. They also have an excellent after school program that offers drop off and pick up for schools in the area. Although a bit pricey but i think it is well worth it. My daughter has learned so much in only 3 months. With patient and fun instructors it makes learning martial arts well worth it.

My oldest son has been a student with this studio since he was 3 yrs old. He is now 14 and has earned his second degree black belt. My youngest son has also been a student for quite some time and is very close to earning his first degree. We’ve been long time fans of this studio!!!
Chung’s Martial Arts offers a variety of different programs for all ages. Many programs are built around the school schedule which makes it convenient for parents who work. My kids LOVE the summer camp program. Students take field trips everyday to different places around time like bowling, movies, Brookside Gardens and MLK pool just to name a few. The after care program fun by Ms. Kayla offers students access to computers to help with homework. The kids just love her.
Masters Shim and Chung are excelent role models to the younger instructors and students alike. When you enter the facility you are promptly greeted by Ms. Hannah – she really makes everyone feel welcomed.
