Established in 1979.

Since 1979, Chough, Oh, Gill, Chae & Co., P.A.(COGC) has become the largest Korean-​American CPA and business-​consulting firm in the Eastern area, with more than 25 professionals in 3 different offices in Maryland and Virginia. We serve diverse clients from individuals to companies in a variety of industries including wholesale/​distribution, construction, real estate, manufacturing, government, non-​for-​profit, education, and healthcare institutions.

Business Owner

Charles C. Gill is a partner of COGC with more than 30 years of experience. He is currently serving as the Managing Partner of the firm since 2002. Mr. Gill is responsible for audit engagements, firm quality control, and special projects.

His areas of expertise include:

— Audit in private or SEC environment

— Non profit organization and Government Single Audit

— Estate tax planning

— Personal financial planning for high income persons including investment planning

— Representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and State agency
