George the Plumber

Our hot water heater was not working, and I called George the Plumber and left a message at 7 am. I received a return call within 15 minutes. Mike said he couldn’t get to us until after 6 pm that day, which worked fine for us since we had already braved cold showers earlier that morning! He arrived around 6:30pm and went promptly to work. Well, he fixed it in no time (turned out to be an easy fix) and he was not inclined to charge us anything for it. We insisted and finally got him to receive a small amount for his trouble of coming out to us. We were so impressed with his honesty and integrity. He explained everything he did. Amazing service. We will call him with any future issues for sure. Just to know that you can trust someone is not there to rip you off is worth its weight in gold and so different than experiences with other plumbers in the area — we’ve tried many!

It’s good to know that great customer service isn’t completely a thing of the past… at least it’s not with George the Plumber!
Mike is as efficient, clean, professional, reliable, and skilled as they come! We had a number of plumbing issues that he managed to resolve in a timely manner — couldn’t ask for a better result. I highly recommend Mike and his team!
11÷17÷14: It’s 2 months later and Mike was back to perform another great job. He helped us prep for winter, all the while, not a mess to be found anywhere! Mom and I are so happy and more importantly, confident, that we’ll get through, what looks like to be, a winter season with conviction!

I have used George the Plumber for more than 20 years and, I have to say, their service is exceptional. Their team is professional, courteous, prompt, clean, competent, and trustworthy. They always resolve whatever issue that arises in the most efficient manner. They are honest, reliable, and they get the job done! I would highly recommend George the Plumber!

Mike couldn’t see me right away so I had to make the appointment for him 2 weeks in advance. When the day finally came, I took time off work to be home but he didn’t show up. No call. He didn’t return my two calls. No explanation. I’ve been stuck with the plumbing problems all this time and now have to find someone else to fix them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We have known Mike from George the Plumber for years. We have used them for pinhole leaks, faucet and bathroom problems and they were able to fix them all. I appreciated the respect they had for our home and the good work speaks for itself. We trust George the Plumber for all of our plumbing needs and recommend them highly.

i disagree with the sara f. reviewer. we have used george the plumber for a number of years from replacing a toilet to various plumbing repairs around the house. never been disappointed. they have always been fair, courteous, and prompt.
