Henry’s Wrecker Service

Car was legally parked, with properly dated tags properly displayed that Henry’s claims were on backwards despite that I double checked when I unfolded the pass that it was facing the correct direction. Then when I called in to ask what was going on and why my car got towed, they hung up on me twice before telling me what where my car was or why it was towed. I had to call the police to call them before would Henry’s would answer my calls I was met on the phone with obviously drunk employees who were all having a great laugh at how inconvenienced I was by their predatory practices. This business is a joke, end of story. Also to add, on all the paperwork relating to getting the car back, they claim that I was not in possession of a valid pass when they themselves claim the (non existant) issue was with the way the pass was displayed. The dispute with the credit card company is gonna be a walk in the park. And relating to credit cards, they lied and said they would accept AmEx, which was a complete lie. They probably don’t take AmEx because they’d get charged back so much for obvious unjustified towjobs. Henry’s is a stain on the county in my eyes and it’s clear I’m not alone.

For all the bad rap Henry’s is getting, I highly doubt they deserve any of it.
Yes, getting your car towed can suck if it’s unexpected. But the people are Henry’s are incredibly professional and take their job seriously. Everyone I interacted with was beyond pleasant, treated me with respect and went out of their way to help me out.
So if you ever need a tow, or if you ever get towed, consider yourself lucky if it was by Henry’s.

You reap what you sow. May this business and the rotten horrible employees (possibly not all — but the bad ones) not prosper in life. Towed (and damaged) a family members
truck one hour after it was parked. It had a valid visitors sticker from the apartment
complex. A month prior — towed out car — forgot to hang handicap tag but it was in clear view less than 12 inches from the rear mirror and our windows aren’t tinted. Another time, family member ON CRUTCHES was parked for less than 5 minutes to go to front desk and get a VISITORS PASS when up to the desk comes the tow driver saying he is going to tow that vehicle! Really??? How about a few minutes to GET the visitor pass? Shame in Greystar Management for allowing such criminals to work onsite. We pay 2k rent and you let these crooks here?

This company is the worst! I parked my car in Metro Plaza for 6 minutes to get some coffee, came back and my car was gone! I literally left my car 9:31am and came back at 9:37am. Some people waiting at the bus stop saw the guy tow my car after he somehow ‘knew’ I was going to the Dunkin Donuts. Had I been going to Starbucks they claimed they wouldn’t have towed my car. Apparently the DD (50 feet from the Starbucks) wasn’t apart of the Metro Plaza so I was in violation. How they knew I went to DD… I have no clue! I had to pay $ 128 and was 3 hours late for work. I wish the absolute worst for this company.

ALL I have to say is this company steels your money they took the sticker out of my car and towed it! You freakin thieves taking peoples money is not fair this should not be acceptable ever! And all you can say is a lies, on how the sticker was not on the car of coarse it wasn’t if you freakin took it off how would it be there! HATE YOU GUYS! Take your freakin $ 152 «bring exact change» you thieves cause that’s all you do is take innocent peoples money from them! This company is unscrupulous. I’m sitting in my car and the tow truck driver is telling me to move or he is going to tow me. Wait, is he the parking police or do you own this lot. Go tow people that need to be towed. Stop sitting around waiting for people to walk away from their cars. And yes I have been told by these people in my apartment complex for out of state tags that expired by one day. I thought I had seen it all, this man gets out of the car and takes pictures of all of the cars in the lot so if you are still here he can tow you.

Very unprofessional business. My car got towed and there are scratches on my car that were not there before the tow. I’ve called the manager 3 times before he called back to day that «the claim is ridiculous» smh. Poor customer service.
