Problems Solved provides on-​site computer and technology services for residential and small business clients. These include virus/​malware removal, help with networking and the Internet, solid state drive (SSD) upgrades, computer procurement, digital document archival, data recovery and much more.

We are versatile because of our research-​oriented approach to addressing technology issues. Our team is expert in PCs but Apple computers are a particular specialty. Our work has earned positive reviews on neighborhood listservs in Chevy Chase, Bethesda, Tenleytown, Georgetown, McLean and elsewhere.

Business Owner

Justin Polin is president of Problems Solved LLC. Mr. Polin has a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.A. from the Institute of World Politics in Washington, DC. He has nearly two decades of computer experience with Macs (dating back to the old Performa 400) and over a decade of experience with PCs. Mr. Polin combines technological expertise with a strong research background, having worked on national security issues at three Washington think tanks.
