I would’ve left no stars if possible. I frequently visited this location but after today I sure won’t. Ever since there was a change in management it seem to have gotten from okay to worst. I ordered and tried to refill the sodas since I dine-​in and the owner made me pay for another refill, for all that I could’ve gone somewhere else and got a free refill. Worst experience thus far.

I have to give this Subway 1 star for the effort of the 2 ladies behind the counter. But, the food isn’t good, and the sign «UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT» makes me wish the old management was still there! There’s another Subway close by that I’ll stick with. It’s consistently better. It is located in LAYHILL CENTER, next to Lee’s Kitchen. Go there instead.

If I could give Zero stars I would!
Mom bought 2 subs here, got home & realized she was charged for 3. Went back with her & the owner basically called my mother a liar. Said she didn’t see her there (this was like less than an hour later mind you)
The kid behind the counter was no better «I make lots of sandwiches» ass! Really? How many 70something Asian ladies did you serve today?
People were siding with us, even saying they weren’t ever coming back. It’s the principle of the matter! Ridiculous!!!

The food is standard subway, which for me always tastes the same– nothing great, but not horrible. But what stood out here was the staff. The two servers behind the counter were the friendliest, most respectful and helpful staff I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Very polite, a little small talk, and quick too. I was impressed in this day and age of service being not existent to actually see something like that– it was almost shocking!
