I have a voucher with Avianca/​TACA which they do not want to help me honor. I called their call center and they said the system was not working. To go to the Avianca/​TACA in DC. Thanks to this negligent ADVICE, I was involved in a serious car accident. I have been on the phone for over 3 hours of my life trying to get the voucher and get a flight. It would be SO SIMPLE if I could just buy online using the Voucher NUMBER. Apparently, it’s less expensive to have a lawsuit on your hands THAN TO FIX YOUR PURCHASE SYSTEM ONLINE!
