The Galaxy Apartments

I wish I could give the staff that works here zero stars. I can’t express how little the staff at this property cares about their residents. I have had so many problems living here and the staff has time and time again proven that they do not care. The «concierge» people are not friendly. Most times they act like you are bothering them by trying to say hello/​acknowledge them (which is their job). Something WILL go wrong while living here and the staff will basically leave you to figure it out yourself. It is interesting that other reviews indicate the same type of issues. For being a luxury apartment building, you would think the staff would at least act like they value their residents. Yes, the noise is an issue but in my opinion, the EXTREME lack of customer service shown by the staff is the worst part. It makes living here uncomfortable. Even at times when I would voice my dissatisfaction with the service, and they were unfazed. This has been the worst living situation I have ever been in, hands-​down. I cannot wait to get out of this hell hole. Do yourself a favor and avoid the Galaxy!
