Ira Sherman is a partner at Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata, Siegel, P.C. He is licensed to practice in Washington D.C., Maryland, and New York. Mr. Sherman has been with the firm since 1980 and took over as managing partner in 1999 upon Mr. Chaikin’s retirement. Mr. Sherman is AV® peer review rated on Martindale-​Hubbell®, was elected President of the Trial Lawyers’ Association of Metropolitan Washington D.C., and has been voted to the list of Super Lawyers®. Mr. Sherman’s passion for accident victims stretches beyond the courtroom — he frequently lectures at legal seminars and is an active advocate for brain injury victims.
