America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I went back to order more contacts and I’m happy to say this place feels much more like the Americas Bests i have been to. I did not have to wait as long, they had the answers to my questions along with the questions of others that were also there, and i felt like a customer. Good place.

Came with a friend and excited about getting new glasses. (Before thanksgiving). Staff is okay. Seems like everything is fine when we left the office. We were told that it will take a while of course because of the holiday and will probably not arrive until 1^st week of December. (Understandable).
My friend picked up her glasses 6 days ago. Mine still hasn’t arrive. I said ok. I called today asking if they receive my glasses and still not here? Nobody in this place can give me a reason why it’s taking so long for 1 glasses and it’s not like I have a bad eyesight that they needed special attention to the glasses I ordered. Me and my friend both have anti-​fatigue lenses so why is mine still not here? Staff said «we don’t know». Nobody can tell me why or even just 1 legitimate reason why.
I will never come back. Bad service, customer service sucks. Go to Sears, they’re faster. Geesh!

Tried giving this place another shot, came in with an appointment, sat down with the doctor & was talked down to like I had no idea why I came in.
Absolutely rude, would not understand where I was coming from. I will not ever recommend this place to any one nor would I ever give this place another try even if it was my last resort.

Staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. Doctor is the best. They explained everything I needed and what was best for me. It wasn’t 69.95. But I wanted the best not the cheapest. They made it clear I could have their special, but I chose to upgrade and I am very happy with my purchase.

The staff are helpful, honest and courteous! My mother came in yesterday to have her glasses adjusted, that were purchased there previously. She was seated and helped immediately. When my 10-​year-​old daughter accidentally left her wallet, with only cash and no ID inside, the lady who helped my mother had already located it and allowed us to pick it up just before they closed that evening.
