We were looking for a fun place to go for dinner after watching Osage county and decided to try this place. When we walked in we noticed that the crowd was a bit older, yeh like at 72 I’m not older(?), and the band was playing oldies. Awesome. Found a table and waited 10 minutes for a waiter and then almost another 10 minutes for two beers and a house wine. Hummm. Ordered a couple of BBQ bacon cheese burgers, a lemon garlic chicken sandwich and a taco plate for the four of us. I also ordered a cup of chowder and my chicken sandwich came with a salad. About 25 minutes later, we got our sandwiches, but no taco plate, soup or salad. Five minutes later they brought a really hot taco plate and a lukewarm cup of chowder. The burgers were cold, had no sauce and my sandwich was the same. Oh, and I never got my salad. Even though the fries were limp and cool, they tasted kinda good. We also had to wait to order more drinks. We did get to do some dancing and that made it a bit better. We decided that we’d probably be back for drinks and music, but not food.

We ate lunch here yesterday. It’s under new ownership & has a nice feel to it. We almost didn’t stop in, but I am so glad we did. The service was great. The food was delicious, & the presentation was wonderful. My husband had the Fiesta tacos; I had the Barrio tacos. You have your choice of meat. The Fiesta tacos were covered in enchilada sauce. The Barrio tacos were more traditional on soft corn tortillas. Both came with rice & really great refried beans in a small crispy tortilla bowl. They have breakfast food, sandwiches, & a few higher end things. And their prices are very good. When the waiter told the chef how much we liked our meals, he came out & chatted with us for a bit. We thoroughly enjoyed our food & will definitely be back. They have live jazz on Tuesday evening & live bands on the weekend.

Worse place ever. I feel sorry for the people that have to work there. So much potential wasted. I look forward to new ownership someday. Someone with style and class should buy it and bring grace to Old Town Silverdale.

Was in recently for Happy Hour and their new menu is terrific. We ordered the quesadila and tacos — both were huge. The Ahi was yummy too. All in all I was really impressed with the new menu. THey also have a very tasty Malbec that I recommend!

I went last night, friday night. It was pretty crackin. I wasn’t sure if the girls were local or military. The DJ was actually good and people were dancing all night. Drinks were pretty cheap. I got three vodka redbulls for $ 16. I’ll definitely come check it out again.

This is a nice place to come on a Saturday night and realize that it is actually a nightclub! This is in the ‘old town’ part of Silverdale and is quaint. The location is chill and there is always alot of parking… it is easy to get here any way you choose. The DJ and dance floor are great. The drink prices are reasonable… great place to come to if you are looking for a good time. The people who work here are cool… the people who come here are some of my favourite! This is a great night out with your friends and we will continue to come here!

My husband & I decided to try this place for lunch. We ate on the deck outside. We asked the waiter if he had recommendations as to what might be a great meal to try — he said it’s all pretty good — nothing stands out more than any other. This should have been our first clue. My husband ordered the Roasty Beefy sandwich(yes, that is REALLY what it is called) — and I tried the soup du jour(creamy butternut squash) and Jackie’s pasta dish which is supposed to be «Fettuccine served with sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus, mustard béchamel» The servings are small — very small. The sandwich was good. The pasta was awful. There were mustard seeds but no mustard flavor — no sun-dried tomatoes and no seasonings at all. I ate the asparagus(two stems) and had the waiter take it away. The soup was good — but tasted like Pacific brand soup you can get in the box. I will say the waiter did return to inquire what I didn’t like about the dish. He then went in and tasted it for himself and said it was not good. They did not charge us for my lunch — so in that respect I will say that the service was nice. This place seems to cater to their nightlife more so than their kitchen. It has more of a nightclub feel with the interior — but the outside area(which apparently doubles as a beer garden) was nice for a sunny-day meal. It seems the emphasis is nightclub — less restaurant.

LOVE the bistro. It’s small enough to be considered a dive bar, but big enough to be a little night club. The energy here is amazing, and the bartenders are professional and friendly! This bar centers around it’s dancefloor, and they have a DJ and music videos that play on big screens. 2 full bars and plenty of seating. The one bad experience I had here was a guy trying to get into my car as i was leaving. We had to call 911 and 5 police cars showed up. They had to tackle him, and he pulled out a knife. The bouncers came out and shoved his face into the gravel. My friends and I were scared shitless. They had to come question us and everything. TOTAL buzzkill on my night. But, that brings me to the only downfall: it’s in a pretty secluded part of Silverdale, and sketchy things MAY just happen. But this is an overall fun place to have a night out.

The Bistro is pretty neat. They have a really good sound system and the bartenders are always super nice and timely. Girls are free until 10 normally and guys until 9. The music is usually more hip hop on Saturday and the crowd seems to be younger then. This place is clean and fun to go to at night. During the day they are open for food and wine. Overall a really nice place to go for happy hour, dinner, or out at night.
