Ownership here is awful! Natasha was lovey– I’m very happy she opened Upsy Daisy in Poulsbo! Natasha is genuine, kind, TALENTED, and I would suggest anyone to her!
The above salon jacks up prices and charges more than other salons in the area.
I was told the cost of services would be one thing and then go to pay and it’s WAY more than expecting.
Save your time & money! Go elsewhere!

I’ve only come here twice now, this being the second time, but I plan on every 2 months, their back facials are amazing and if you have bacne it’s a must! Not only does it feel great she does extractions too! My back looked so much better after the first time I’m back for another and I’ll be back for more!

Very nice place for a guy to get a good hair cut with style. Front desk is super friendly and
staff are pleasant and efficient. Close to hotels. Quiet and away from traffic in the heart of Old Town Silverdale on the Kitsap Peninsula.

Truly bizarre experience just now. I had been a devotee of pzazz for years (see a previous rave review) but continually rotating stylists and then one horrible experience of coming out looking like a pack of fruit strip gum and their continuing increased prices (well over what I pay in downtown Seattle after work) led me to another salon for the past few years. A stylist I like is still there, so I thought I’d give them another try. Made a Saturday appt earlier this week for cut and full foils. Got a call Friday night from the owner saying she was cancelling my appt because she remembered me from 2 years ago and she didn’t want my business. As a small business owner, she of course can refuse service to whomever she chooses but, really? I tip a minimum of 20% and usually buy product as well. I didn’t swear, make a scene or engage in any other behavior warranting a shunning. Just so… odd. I guess if you have the right stylist and don’t question anything, you are allowed entrance to Pzazz. If I’m unhappy, I let a business owner know (but I still always pay my bill. Even for fruit stripe gum hair)

I am leaving 3 stars because over the years as I have been going to Pzazz, my experience has been either hot or cold. I REALLY think it depends on who they have on their staff at any given period of time.
In June 2014 I went for a spa mani/​pedi for my wedding. Obviously pretty important. Was quite unimpressed by the whole thing. Pedi was nice, but the polish job itself wasn’t anything to write home about and there were things the tech did not even do (clean or clip nails — she just filed them & that was it.) Then we had run out of time from the long pedicure, so I told her I needed to make the mani more of an express mani because I had somewhere to be that night (wedding related too). I only got the basics, and I wanted a shellac french manicure. The tips were not white paint but a shimmery white powder, which I had naively accepted as a suggestion for a ‘softer’ look. The powder was applied to the tips, but not «cleaned up» first to make that pristine moon shape like they do in other nail salons! Slathered on a clear top coat and that was it. Upon further examination of the nails that evening, the tips looked awful. It looked like a 10 year did my nails. The shimmer was everywhere on the nail, and there was no nicely defined «french tip». Thickness of the french tip varied from nail to nail. You could obviously tell that powder was used. Just awful, I had one of my bridesmaids actually paint over the nail job for my wedding day. All of this cost over $ 110 which was a big stressor for me during this whirlwind time as a bride-​to-​be. We called in and complained, and Pzazz did offer me an opportunity to come in for a shellac nail job on them for a chance to redeem themselves.
Then comes the good part!
I was placed with a different nail tech, Laurae, who just blew me away. She was professional, sweet, and knew what she was doing. She earned herself a few return Shellac appointments, I was so happy with how she did. I also had her do my new fall/​winter haircut with bangs, which was a leap of faith for me. It turned out excellently, and I would trust her completely with my haircuts again in the future!
There you have it — I would recommend only going with employees who you have been referred to by others, as their levels of expertise obviously vary greatly. Pzazz certainly did earn my trust back after the bad wedding nails experience, but I will be slightly more cautious from here forward if I have to go with someone I don’t know. If you don’t have a recommendation yet, go with Laurae — They need to clone her, because she’s the best employee they have.

This is the worst eyelashes job I have ever had and. have been getting them for quite some time. She glued all of my lashes together with big clumps of glue, rather then attaching one extension lash to each of my natural lashes. Some of them were in clumps of 6+ lashes. This caused me to loose a large amount of my natural lashes and caused my eye lids to droop. It was also very painful as when one lash came loose it was stuck on to several others with a big chunk of glue. Within a week, I had chunks of eyelashes hanging in my eye site and had to make an emergency appointment to get them removed. The girl who did the extensions was very sweet, but she needs more training if she is going to continue doing eyelashes. After contacting the manager of the salon she simply said that I already underpaid (which I was never told I had underpaid not had I ever asked for any sort if discount) and that there was nothing she could do for me. I would think twice before getting lashes done at this salon or any other services as they do not take care of their clients

I went in for a Brazilian wax the other day, and I’m still sore. The girl that waxed me was very sweet, but I can’t say she knew exactly what she was doing. I’ve been waxed many times before by many different people and I have to say that this was by far the worst one I’ve had. It took a very long time and was very painful. After she applied the wax and the strip a few times she was not able to take it off in just one motion, it kept getting stuck and there was a ton of pulling on my hair and skin… more than I’ve ever had. On a positive note she was thorough and again very nice. The place was super cute and had a very nice atmosphere, plus the people were very friendly which is important! If I return it definitely won’t be for any kind of waxing because that’s not something I mess around with.

This was my Mom’s first time in the salon and she loved it ! Handicap parking and very easy to get into the door. Best Massage she has had and so peaceful in the back ! Every knot is gone after the Massage Check out this Place and see what the Buzz is all about

Love this place!!! The lady who does the eyelashes is great, and she also does very good with hair. Both ladies at the front desk are so friendly too!

This was the first time to this salon. Very pretty, well displayed product and a variety of services. I went because of Natasha Tucker. She is the BEST stylist I have ever had. Aside from her cut, coloring, and massaging talents, Natasha listens. She spent a lot of time troubleshooting my varied hair challenges, gave several options and ideas until WE made a plan. I have been living on the cheap, coloring myself, and cheap salons. The cut and color I left with is GREAT! It is especially nice to wake up and have my hair pretty much the same. My husband and his friend immediately noticed and that felt awesome. Thank you Natasha for helping me celebrate who I am.

I am very picky about where I get my hair cut, and I’ve been disappointed before. My friend recommended Terri, and after 2 cuts and 1 color job, I can say I’m thoroughly satisfied. Terri listened to my wishes but also offered great suggestions when I asked for some input, and her execution was excellent. I loved the scalp massage and her attention to detail. As for the front desk staff, the people I met with on both occasions were friendly, professional, forthcoming with product recommendations, and very pleasant to work with (and in response to some prior comments, I don’t think you need to be young and hip when you walk in — I’m middle aged and decidedly unhip). I also really like the products they carry so that’s an added bonus. Their prices aren’t low but they are in line with most of the salons I’ve tried in this area, so I consider them moderate.

For a professional experience go to Pzazz. I have been having my hair done by Lisa (the owner) for 27 years. She is very knowledgeable and up-​to-​date on styles, techniques, new products, and research. The salon is very relaxing and caters to the needs of their clients (new and old). The day spa is fabulous with a variety of services. Check them out for yourself.

Made an appointment to get my eyebrows done for my boyfriends graduation. My friend recommended PZAZZ to me. Everyone was very friendly, however the wax lacked. Not only were my eyebrows not symmetrical, the shape was just not flattering. I did get a follow up call which was very nice, but at the same time. I dont really like to be bothered. Haa.
Unfortunately, I will probably never go back for any of their services.

Upon the rave review of a friend, I went to see Kristin for a hair cut. I will admit, that the two receptionists sitting at the desk in front can be intimidating.
After a few visits, I semi-​got to know them and they are very nice ladies.
When you walk in to Pzazz, you get the feeling you are some where ultra hip and very of the moment. They have tons of product, which is neatly displayed.
You won’t wait at all for your appointment, at least when you see Kristin. She is always prompt!
A hair cut with Kristin is out of this world. She gives the best scalp massages. I have said on more than one occasion, that if I had buckets of cash laying around I would stop washing my own hair, just to have Kristin wash and style it every day!
I am not one who skimps on quality when it comes to my locks. I am willing to pay just about anything for a quality hair cut, a clean salon and a fun time. Seriously, I have fun there! It’s time away from my daughter (they don’t allow children, thank goodness). I love my child, but salon time, is my time. I don’t get many opportunities to have time alone, so when I go to the salon it’s all about me.
I leave their establishment, with a head full of amazing shiny gorgeous hair, and while my wallet may be a skosh lighter, I love knowing it’s going to someone who deserves it. Kristin is awesome! I mean, we are even connected on a particular social networking site!

How can I begin to say what a disappointment. I have only gone to this salon for my brazilian waxes only since I have moved to Wa. Since I gave birth to my first child, I finally got a chance to go in and treat myself. They gave me the last appointment at 7:30 pm on a Monday. There was one customer there getting their hair done. I left work and picked my son up and rushed home to get ready and swallow dinner, feed the dog and bird and my son. Drove 20 miles in the rain and made it on time. Terry asked me if I had someone to watch my son. I replied «no». She continued to tell me that I could not do my waxing. Words cannot express what I felt at that time. I told her I wish I would have known that before going through what I went through to make the appointment. I asked her how long they would wait (two exits off the road I had a friend to take my son to be watched while I get my waxing). Terry then relied «now». Basically, she meant now or never.
She did not offer to make me another appointment. She did not offer me any additional service they could provide in addition to the appointment they would re-​make for me.
I called her and told her how the transaction made me feel like and all she said «sorry». She then went on to say that the person who booked me should have made my appointment at 7:15 instead of 7:30 because the girl who was to perform my waxing had to take a ferry back home. When she said that, I felt worse than I felt before.
She never once said to me that I was a valued customer and that they would love to reschedule and see me again.
For the prices they charge, you would think they would bend a little bit to accommodate a faithful customer. I have worked since I can remember and I can say confidently that I have never let a customer walk away unsatisfied.
Lastly, their website doesn’t mention «no children». I have copied and pasted their message on their website. «We strive to make your visit at Pzazz the very best experience possible! Our Manager/​Salon Spa Coordinator has over 18 years in the Salon Spa Industry, with customer service as her specialty. Our Concierge Staff is also highly trained in customer service, courtesy and efficiency.» I just hope that their Coordinator is not Terry!

Since this event, I found a place in Bremerton called Bay Spa. I loved it and they took me in with my son!!!

Came here for a massage and pedicure with a girlfriend. The massage was great but both our pedicures were sadly lacking. In fact — my friend had to get her’s redone the very next day at another nail place. The ladies there told her to not go back to the other place (Pzazz). I get pedicures on a regular basis so I know what to expect. I’d have to say I could have done a much better job myself at home. I might come back for a massage if I’m on this side of the water but not for a pedicure! PS– we had 2 different ladies work on our pedicures so at least they’re consistent!

This was the worst salon I have ever been to. The customer service was horrible and my hair was disgusting. I wasted 300 dollars and the owner refused me a re-​do or refund. I reported them to the better business bureau.
