Service department is sooooo slow. Took in my car for 2-​year service (oil change, tire rotation), look at tire for leak and fix microphone. I was told it’d take 2 hours. I was there for over 4 hours waiting. No proactive updates given… I had to keep going back to ask. Avoid if you can!

I have only purchased a few cars in my life and I recently leased one for the first time. Because I have had no experience with leasing a vehicle, I proceeded cautiously and with great trepidation. Thankfully I had a great experience dealing with Lynn and Kyle at Hudson Auto. I feel I was given a fair deal with affordable payments that were offered without having to haggle or play any games. The staff treated me with respect and patiently explained to me on several occasions the contract. They were not upset when I was forthcoming with the fact that I was shopping around for the best deal and when I ended up returning to lease with them, there was no attitude or gloating when it turned out that they had initially and consistently provided the best deal for my needs. I will definitely return to this dealership in the future and am glad I was fortunate enough to have a friend recommend it after a frustrating and unfruitful search in the Denver Metro area. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here if you are in the market for a vehicle!
I don’t understand why this company has been given a one star rating, as my experience was anything but!

Update ¹⁰⁄₃₁ went to get remote start installed. Asked by the service guy what are they doing for me today, who knows about this, is sales doing it, and are we meant to install it for you? Not sure if you need anymore detail.

I have taken my car their 3 times and each time was told their were numerous things wrong when all I wanted was an oil change on one occasion and new wiper blades on two other occasions. The last truck they told me needed new transmission lines… i had a shop in denver check it out. they said nothing was wrong but they would replace them if I really wanted them for half the cost with Hudson said. Each time I had a female service desk person try to pretend she knew what she was talking about and she obviously did not. I mentioned this to a friend of mine and he said «really» I can’t believe you go their for service work. All the locals drive to Denver because they don’t feel they can trust the service dept at Hudson. I asked 3 others and they all gave me the same story. Until I see some personel changes I won’t take anything their. Its sad for them since I spent 200k in the past 3 years on work trucks at their Denver competitor. all because of the bad taste their services dept gave me.
