If you need a storage unit and a facility you can trust, look no further. Rates are lower than anywhere else in town. The biggest reason to come here is the manager. Nina is the most cordial, polite and customer service oriented facility manger that I have ever met me I have dealt with many. Coming from an industry myself, that’s very customer service oriented, Nina ranks among the best. I would, and do, recommend Ace Storage.

Ace is a great place to work with. Super easy to access, centrally located, always clean very modern. Love that the carts are always in the elevator when you need them & the lights pop on as you pass. Its just so easy to get to & move my stuff around its perfect!

I have been with Ace Self Storage for over 3-​years now and I can’t speak highly enough about them. Nina, has a smile every time I enter the office is very pleasant to work with. The units are clean, the halls are kept clean, no bugs, and I like the music that plays. If you are thinking of a place to store your things no matter how short… this is the place to go. They have fair prices for the service your receive. I’m a very happy customer!

Very clean facilities and reasonable hours to access your unit. Staff is very friendly and the location feels safe and secure. They provide your unit with a lock that is not easily broken into compared to other types of locks used at other storage facilities. I rented here for a couple months as a temporary place to store miscellaneous things while we organized our home. I would definitely consider this place again in the future as long as the price remains reasonable.

I was very impressed with the property and even having an upstairs storage unit which was new to me. Only 1 time did we have to wait for a cart to move our things. Nena has been extremely easy to work with and very helpful to me! Great deals also on the various units they have.

This past weekend we acquired a boatload of furniture from my parents’ home. In order to take in some new things, we had to put some other items in storage for awhile. This place is right around the corner from us and couldn’t be more convenient. It’s clean, close, and relatively easy access. We’ve had a couple of problems figuring out how to work everything, but otherwise, it’s been very good. Our timing has been off in that when we’ve gone there and had issues, there was no one around to help us. However, they eventually show up, and we get it ironed out. Hopefully, we won’t need to visit there often… or, better yet, even if we do, we won’t have any more issues ! The attendants have both been very nice.
