This was my first visit– my phone needed to be replaced via warranty and you can’t do that with a scratched/​cracked screen. I was recommended by the Verizon store and was excited to hear that this wasn’t an «iPhone only» store.
The guy at the counter was very friendly, easy to understand and straight to the point. I was worried at first that they might not have my parts in the back but was extremely happy– and relieved, that they had what I needed. And it would only take about 30 minutes.

This place was awsome! Their efficiency and timing was superb. They are fast and very good the gentleman at the counter is very pleasant and polite. I recomnd this place to repair your broken screen 100%. I brought in my daughter’s iphone and they did a wonderful job. I also brought my galaxy S5 and showed him the cracks. He could have said he fixed it but he was very honest and told me it was just the tempered glass… Honesty is very rare now a days I will definitely trust them again if I ever need work done on my phones.

Danny is awesome. Fixed my phone in 15 minutes. I was late coming back, and the store was closed, but he unlocked it so I could grab my phone. He also made absolutely sure everything was working good for no extra charge and had a lovely conversation with me. I hate how expensive cell repairs are but here it was cheap and amazingly well done and I walked out feeling great. I would never write a review for a place unless I felt needed and I need to urge any of you who are looking to get your cell phone fixed to look no further!

I went saw the advertisement by a person on the corner and never would have seen the store. Walked in spoke with representative Albert. Gave me the price and was very polite. Price was great had phone fixed. Came in on 1÷19÷16 and representative was Danny was in working. Let him know what Albert had said, representative Danny agreed that was the correct price. Went in with my wife’s old iphone that I wanted to use as a music device but the power button was not working. I took it in now knowing what the outcome would be. The gentleman came out, greeted me, and gave me a cost up front. He then fixed my iPhone very fast and low and behold I had my power button back.
While I was in there, I also overheard him talking to another customer who was looking for information but was not getting his phone fixed by them. They gladly provided information to him about his phone which to me is the sign of a good business man. He is trying to help out however he can and maybe he will make a new customer out of the deal if the guy ends up being unable to use his advice.

I dropped my iPhone 5 and it began flashing the apple symbol on and off as soon as I plugged it in. I went to the Apple store and they said the data couldn’t be recovered and I would have to buy an entirely new phone. Then I went to this store that was suggested by a Verizon employee. He took my phone and had it repaired within less then two hours for only $ 39.00. He was fast, efficient, friendly, and most of all affordable. I highly recommend this store and highly recommend getting a real phone case and not just a «pretty» one… my bad.
