For my 2-​car metal garage door, I had a broken spring. Rick gave me an estimate within minutes, took less than 30 minutes to fix the spring and applied lube to the joints. Very professional. It was a pleasure. I would recommend Archway to my friends and colleagues. Thank you !

I hadn’t even checked them here on Unilocal before hiring them, but afterwards I am not surprised at all to see they have 5 stars with over 100 reviews. What really impressed me is that without any reason or responsibility to do so on their part, they chose to help out tremendously with a renovation nearly six months after the initial garage door installation they performed.

I needed to get my gate opener repaired so searched and after talking to a couple of people I found Archway. I looked at the Unilocal reviews and they seemed to be real reviews. I called and talk to Rick. He setup and appointment for Friday between 12 and 2. He showed up on time with Kevin. They checked out the problem and gave me an estimate. The price was a little higher than I expected but it was ok. While Kevin was fixing the gate, Rick told me that he was going to tune up my garage door opener for free. My daughter’s room is right above the garage and every time the garage door opens or closes it sounds so loud and it shakes the floor. So I told Rick about that and he suggested to change the motor to a belt drive and that would take care of the problem so I asked him if he had one on the truck and he did. He gave me an estimate and I asked them to install that as well. I had a minor issue after they left and Kevin came back on Monday and took care if it. These guys are great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin and James great. Professionals who really know their stuff. Replaced my gate hinge and the electric gate opener. Also re-​wired the system so that connected to my iphone app and inside the house. Fun, easy, going but fast and efficient. Very professional and obvious that they’ve done this for years. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Honest and helpful answering all my (often stupid) questions. These guys deserve the ratings. Best service provider I’ve come across.

This is the most amazing company to work with. James, Rick and Kevin are solid gold, have great hearts and are easy to talk to. They run their business well and are truly exemplary. Keep up the good work guys, love working with you.

Wow, these guys really deserve their reputation.
Friendly, and professional, they guys got right down to business but explained everything to me as they went. The price was certainly fair but more than anything, **I felt I like I was dealing with good, honest people.**
Their credit card app went down, and while they were waiting for it come back online, they oiled the squeaky parts of the garage door and used a nailgun to nail down some wood that was coming a little loose around the frame. Just because. This is what I’m talking about: good people, good service.
I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone else in the area who wants a job done right with a side of outstanding service.

The more I use Unilocal the more I’m turning into a Unilocal believer. I called James yesterday and told him my problem, which was a broken spring. He came to my house today exactly at the time I needed him to and replaced the spring. This was a great experience and I will diffidently call him the next time I have a
garage door problems.

What a wonderful experience it was to work with Archway. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices & truly helpful company all around. It was going to take 2 weeks for my new door, so the fixed a spring on my old door so I could still have something functional in the mean time. Seriously, how thoughtful! Showed up on time, as promised & gave me the most info out of all the companies I checked out. I will definitely be recommending them to friends & family.

Thoroughly impressed with Archway. The gentlemen showed up on time, did a great job, and even cleaned up afterwards. As an added bonus, one of the guys noticed the latch on my gate was loose and he fixed that for me too! Honest, trustworthy, hardworking and quality product. What more could you ask for?!

So many reviews made already and are all mostly positive that I will just be repeating what other’s have said so nicely about ArchWay and their installers should I use the same words to express the same. Shall I say I would plagiarize every and all good things said about them by other people and that that just speaks for itself. Several words come to mind when I think of my experience with Archway. Friendly being at the top of the list, but fast and professional rate high on this same list as well. Not only did they come right over and check out our doors issues, but they made things better than new at what I’d call a fair price point. We had two tech’s show up and attack the problem with vigor, and now the door lifts so easily that the opener thinks its on vacation.
Well done kudos to Rick and James both! I highly recommend this outfit!

I guess I got lucky, but James actually beat me to my house and they were able to squeeze me in right away. According to James – an easy service, but he went above and made sure to service/​lube up all joints and that everything was tightened and functioning properly.
As for the cost – I was charged a service fee of $ 85, which I’m assuming is normal. I really appreciate the kind, friendly and fast service!

Once again, Unilocal to the rescue!

Ring Rick and James for 100% superior customer service and products, you won’t regret it! I called and less than 24hrs later they had installed a new Fitmaster Elite garage door opener, programmed my car’s entry button, and fit a 4 digit keypad PIN opener on the side of the garage door for instant entry without a remote. Fantastic! It was service with a big smile, great humour and professionalism, at a competitive price.
We had a Linear garage door opener fitted by a different company 4 month previously and it was a disaster. It got so bad we asked them to remove it. I was constantly locked out of my house and the remotes didn’t work even standing right in front of the garage door! The company told us it was wifi interference and made us turn off our wifi, sonos, everything, with no change to the garage door refusing to open. It was a frustrating four months and they blamed us for not using the remotes properly!
Rick and James rolled up, installed their Fitmaster product and had it working instantly. My saviours! Now I enjoy using the keypad when walking my dogs, no remote or keys needed. The garage door control unit tells me the temperature, turns on our garage light automatically when we enter the garage, and we can disable the garage door if we are away on holiday too!
Rick and James are the best in the business — believe the reviews — and you too can have superior service from a great team who make customer service an art form.

These guys rock!!!
So we are remodeling and were looking to replace our old garage door opener and railing system to a jackshaft setup. We were also looking to raise the height of our door to give us more clearance for cabinets on the sides of the garage. We got 4 different estimates from local companies and these were the only guys who recommended THE CORRECT way to install the railing system. ALL of the other places recommended an easier way to install the railing which is INCORRECT and would have nothing but problems, but they didn’t care as long as they got paid for a quick job. Archway went out of their way to do the job right which is imperative for us as there is nothing worse than paying for something, then having it never work right from the get go.
Do yourself a favor, hire these guys to do your Garage. They are friendly, extreemly knowledgeable, but more importantly, they are trustworthy. I left my home with them alone, came back, and all my tools were still in their exact spot and they even cleaned up the whole garage for us. I doubt we will ever have a problem, but if we do, we know who we are calling.
