When my sister told me she was bringing «amazing cake pops» to our step-mother’s 70th birthday party, I had my doubts. All the cake pops I’ve ever tasted were cutesy but hardly anything special — until NOW. Ashley’s Cake Pops were so pretty and ridiculously delicious. I don’t know how she does it, but the chocolate was fudgy and moist — a heavenly cross between a cake and a brownie. The lemon was tangy and flavorful and fabulously moist. I want one RIGHT NOW. The ladies at the party went nuts for them — «oohs» and «aahs» all around. I will never doubt my sister again — Ashley’s Cake Pops ARE amazing.

Hands down the best cake pops I have ever had! I am an event and wedding planner in the Temecula region and have seen a lot of displays as well as sampled many different kinds of cake pops and desserts. I have to say out of all the ones I see and have tasted, I thoroughly enjoy Ashley’s cake pops the most and find myself going back for seconds… maybe even thirds! :)
Her attention to detail is astounding and always seems to tie the cake pops into the event theme in the most unique and creative way without even asking! I love how she customizes and caters to every need! Every kind of party you can think of, she can do! I have a hard time picking my favorite of all time, but if I had to choose it would be the day of the dead red velvet cake pops that she did for my best friends birthday party (shown below)!
As a planner it’s always great to be able to refer someone as reliable and as creative as Ashley to my clients for their events. Everyone I have spoken with has raved about her cake pops and leave as happy campers and that makes my job especially easy! Thank you Ashley!

Ashley’s Cake Pops are so creative and artistic. I can’t believe how Mini Mouse came to life for my granddaughter’s birthday party. She can artfully recreate what you are trying to communicate and they taste great. Her Cake Pops are many times more interesting than other cake Pops I’ve seen yet are priced competitively with other plain Pops.

Ashely is amazing at making cake pops. Any design you need she can handle. She recently made some pops for my engagement party and let me tell you… They were amazing. They were mini wedding cakes (there’s a photo of them).
Clearly from the photos she can handle anything you throw at her and her displays are great for any occasion. One thing you can’t see from the photos is how they taste. Well let me be the first to tell you that they taste as good if not better than they look. One thing that haunts cake pops is dryness… Ashley has found a way to make them moist… Real moist.
I’ve tasted a number of her flavors… Chocolate, vanilla, cookies and cream… Red velvet. I love me some red velvet… Yea yea they say it’s just chocolate dyed red, but there must be something in that dye cause it’s amazing.
Long story short, I would recommend Ashley’s for any event… Bday, engagement party, wedding… Whatever you need something for. They are far more customizable than a regular cake… They are cooler than a regular cake… They are far less messy and are a conversation piece on top of it all. Enjoy them in one bite or a few (I’m a one biter myself) … But either way you won’t be disappointed… In fact your expectations will be blown out of the water.
