Canuck Tile and Marble

They retiled my bathroom a few years ago. They did a terrible job in my bathroom. My grout is crumpling out in about 75% of the floor. The tile on the counter is not flush. The decorative border does not match up in the corner and the cuts on the glass are jagged. They told me they would have had to buy an expensive bland to cut it correctly. That would have been nice to know before he cut it. It looks terrible. The owner came over to pick up his check and I gave to him and I told him about the things I was unhappy about and he told me he felt like I was trying to get out of paying him. When I asked him what was in his hand (MY CHECK). He said, maybe it would be best if I leave. I would not wish him on anyone. He chewed tobacco and spit in the content in my tub and shower area. It was so gross. I had a quote of $ 500 to fix my border just for the labor. The border was $ 400 to replace. That didn’t include fixing the grout.
