According to their front door, they are open on Sunday’s at 10 AM. Went there today at 11AM, it was not open, lights were off. Perhaps they are no longer open on Sunday’s? Call before you go to the store so don’t waste your time!

We shopped for laminate flooring for our upstairs master bedroom. After visiting 3 or 4 other stores we stopped by Carpet USA. We were greeted by Amir and he showed us different samples. We let him know our price range and he worked with us and did not try to up sell us into more expensive flooring. He came out the next morning to measure and show samples and was on time. We went back that afternoon and he gave us a attractive quote to remove carpet and install laminate with a quality padding and all new 4″ baseboards. We agreed to the deal. Amir called us four days later when the product arrived and set up installation 2 days later. His installers were nice and did a great job. We are very pleased with the price, service and of course our new floor. Amir has earned our business in the future and recommendations to others.

About 2 months ago they changed all my kitchen cabinet. They did everything very good and fast and they gave my best price that I fount between all the companies that I had estimate with them. The material they used for me is wonderful, and finally they are very honest in price and job. Thank you Carpet USA and Tile,

I think that they are very fast in responding to estimate. However very poor in scheduling and getting the work done. They were suppose to come in today at 9am to start the work. Called at 9:15am and said they cannot come and no new date yet. I took off today and my time is wasted. I will update this later. Not a good experience so far,

Last year we decided to update our floors from old pink zebra tiles to more modern ones. They were open and honest about all the pricing and giving advises what will look good and letting us know beforehand so no surprises later. The time and date they told us working crew was there and the owner, James, almost always on worksite supervising the work. Not only the pricing was affordable the work was immaculate and in one instance James noticed 2 tiles were not aligned right instead of ignoring he asked the workers remove them and then reinstall it and he was measuring all the time to make sure they were even with the center marble.
We were so happy with the work that now we asked them to renovate our bathrooms, and we know we are paying right price with clean and reliable work. Thank you James and Amir ;-)

Carpet USA & Tile are our go to people. This is now the third job they’ve done for us and they’ve always gone above and beyond on both personal service and excellent workmanship. They are honest, their prices are unbeatable and the work done has never disappointed us. We cannot say enough good things about this company. They have laid tile, carpet and wooden floors, they’ve embellished our kitchen with new granite and backsplash, they redone powder room and even refaced our old and tired fireplace. Never have we been disappointed — James is always on site making sure things are done to his standard. Call them the next time you are planning any kind of remodel. You won’t be disappointed!

I needed to replace my old carpet upstairs in two rooms and the stairs. I went shopping to a few stores. Amir at Carpet USA had the best price and was very helpful. I ended up having them install engineered hardwood flooring in the rooms and carpet on the stairs. They even installed my base board for free! They completed the job on time and left the work area clean. I was impressed, so a few months later I had them also install floor and shower tile in my downstairs bathroom. James came over and checked on the work. They took a day longer than I was quoted but did a beautiful job. I like that they will do extra work to make the customer happy. The tile man they used told me he has worked for them for over 9 years. That is a good sign to me. They have been in Simi Valley for a long time. They are a little set back in a small shopping center and I almost forgot to visit them when shopping. I am very happy with my new floors and tile. I would definitely suggest you visit them if you need flooring or tile.

My daughter and I came to Carpet USA for prices when we were planning to re-​do the flooring at our house. We were so happy with how they handled the sale. Besides being the nicest people you can imagine, they worked with us and helped us with planning the job. They also gave us the best prices in town! Now the installation has been done & we are still just as happy! They did a beautiful job! We will definitely be using them for future work. They also do kitchens and bathrooms! I recommend them to everyone !!! :-)

My grandfather and I came to Carpet USA for a tile and cabinet job. After weeks of searching for company that we felt confident with, my grandfather and I settled on Carpet USA. James is a very nice man and very knowledgable in the business. His knowledge exceeds 20 years. Prices are negotiable and the installation crew did a great job. Amir (the other guy who works there) double checked with me to make sure I was happy with the installation. I recommend this place for anyone looking for decent priced good quality carpet, tile, wood, and cabinet installations. No complaints!

I was eating at the Carriage café the other day and was staring at one of those programable neon signs. It made my day! I love that they sell «Cermic» tiles and have «Gurnteed» low prices.
Thanks for the laugh guys. After that crappy meal I had eaten, I needed it.

My girlfriend and I found Carpet USA after a horrible experience elsewhere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and very clear about what we were getting, and what it would cost. The installation crew showed up right on time, and were extremely professional and courteous.
