Dave worked all day to put in a sink at our house. He ran into quite a few problems but was willing to stay and get the work finished the same day. He was friendly and was willing to discuss the work he was doing with me.

I needed someone to replace my water heater that had erupted unexpectedly. I called numerous handymen and plumbers all of whom could not provide the service today. Fortunately, I found Dave who quoted a clear price but was able to schedule me for a late appointment. Dave was on time, thoroughly professional as was his assistant and came in less than what was quoted. I recommend him without hesitation.

I called Dave to help with a list of repairs I needed in order to close escrow on my house and I was able to get an appt. within 48 hours. Brad came to the house and he was great. He took the list and went one by one and completed everything perfectly. He was fast and fair, and very polite and did a great job. Definitely recommend Dave and Brad. Great work for a great price.

If you need a Handyman, look elsewhere. DO NOT hire for hourly wage. Had to have tile put in front bathroom (36 sq ft). We had bought tile, glue and grout. Just needed the tile lauded. Brad showed up on Friday at 9:00 AM. He took 8 hours to lay the tile. $ 580.00. He said he would be back on Monday to do the grout. 3 full days without shower or toilet. He showed up on Monday morning at 9:00 and finished at 12:00 noon. Another $ 250.00. You have to be kidding me!!! Over $ 800.00 to lay that tile. I feel we got raped!!!
