History

Established in 2005.

I, Eric Bochenski am the owner/​operator of Dunrite Heating & Cooling here in beautiful Simi valley California. I started doing HVAC in 1996, right after graduating from Royal High School. I started at the bottom crawling under houses in the mud installing ducting and worked my way to a installer then a service technician while taking Hvac classes in the evenings. Eventually in 2005 I started Dunrite.

I found out about Dunrite HVAC (Eric) through a friend Jason of CMT Construction. First time out to my home I had problem with my furnace. Eric was able to find and fixed my furnace problem quickly and efficiently. Since then, I used him this summer 2015, a second time to service and recharge my current AC unit and now my home is cool for the summer. I would and have reccomended Eric, Dunrite HVAC to family and friends. I definately will be using him in the future, thanks again Eric!

This company is as good as it gets. We found about them by word of mouth and they did not dissapoint us. Eric and his crew run a first class operation. They showed up on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. They also did an excellent cleanup job after all the repairs were made. I highly recommend them.
