Went over to get a hard to find part and they were very helpful. Place looks like it’s set up for the professional plumber but they treated this DIY guy very nice. Wound up with a nice upgrade for the old shower stuff I had on their recommendation. Thanks guys!

I’m a home owner and retired and try to do most of the repairs around the house. The quest bathroom toilet was draining the tank from time to time and wasting water. I went to Ferguson’s, on a recommendation, walked in and talked to Jim, a friendly knowledgable guy, and told him my problem. He diagnosed it right away and gave me a quick, cheap, easy idea on how to repair it. He had the parts, gave me the knowledge, and I went home and fixed the problem. This is very unusual for me as a simple plumbing repair usually turn into many hours of repair at considerable expense and then I hire a plumber to fix it. Thank you Jim.
