Harley’s Simi Bowl

I called ahead to ask how busy they were, and they said they consistently had 6 lanes open all day, so we should be fine. We showed up and they had 10 lanes open, but they were taken because a league was about to start. I understand that that is a part of an alley, but I would have appreciated a heads up that the lanes would not be open for the 20 minutes it took us to get over there…
They directed us to the other bowling alley on the other side of town, and gave us all a voucher for a free game, but I would have preferred an initial heads up.

Harley’s Simi is a great bowling alley. I can’t begin to speak highly enough of the fine people who work and run the place, and I mean that for every person who works there. Not a single employee who I would consider less than top notch. They are all so friendly and helpful. They have a good bar and a good coffee shop to take care of your food and drink needs. The pro shop is great and Jeff who runs it is both very nice and incredibly knowledgeable (he more or less picked my ball for me once I described the kind of shot I like to throw and I couldn’t be more satisfied with that choice). The lanes are in fantastic condition and they put out a really nice shot. As someone who really enjoys bowling, I feel incredibly lucky that this is my local bowling alley. Also, if you are a league bowler Harley’s Simi is home to a wonderful community of people that make up their leagues and I have met tons of really wonderful people there. Great people, great venue, great times. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more.

They have a great bowling alley with a cool arcade in the back. Cosmic bowling is very fun too.

Always a great time! From the food to the staff this is a great place. Alex and Chance are always friendly and greet my son by name when he comes in. Whenever it is possible they stop by our lane and offer Henry pointers or just give him some encouraging words. Jeff in the pro shop is knowledgable and friend, he even opened up the shop just so we could take a look. We are looking forward to having my son’s birthday there in December.

Nice bowling alley ! Food service could def improve as it was chaos getting food and drinks for a lane of girls. Love the cosmic bowling in the afternoon and prices are very reasonable!

Looks kind of sketchy on the outside but pretty nice and clean interior with helpful staff.
My family loves bowling. We make up for how much we suck with our enthusiasm, I would say. Harley’s is one of our favorite places to bowl. They have a pretty good deal on the weekends, where you can get a lane and shoe rental for two hours for 40 $ (it’s called family night or something similar). They have quite a schedule of events and different deals throughout the week — things like college nights, cosmic bowling late at night, and also leagues. They have a little arcade that accepts quarters but it doesn’t seem to be really well maintained.
The lanes are nice and well maintained, and the staff is very helpful. The scoring system is easy to set up, and you can set automatic bumpers for individual players only. They also serve alcoholic drinks if you really can’t handle being with the family without one.
Great place to spend a couple hours with a group! They take same day reservations.

Awesome and friendly customer service. Automatic bumpers so if you’re playing with a little one you don’t have to use them and great weekly specials let you bowl without making your wallet cry.

Tuesday bowling! Woohoo. The drinks are cheap, the bowling is cheap, the staff is friendly, I just wish they would bring back MORK!

Every Sunday we bowl in a fun league, it’s a great time. At the end of the season we go to Vegas to bowl our last game.

They have $ 2 pbr and rolling rock after 9pm!
The place is very well kept, clean and has friendly staff. Jenna was very helpful and sweet :)

This bowling alley is run by one of the best guys I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The manager, Tony, is willing to help in any situation and always puts the customer first. He understands that the more you give to your customers, the more they give back to you.
In other aspects, the bowling alley is incredibly well-​kept, the lanes are oiled just right, the bartenders have always been friendly, and the drink prices have always been more than reasonable.
The cost to bowl per game is very reasonable, as is the cost to join a league. The staff is friendly and happy, as is the rest of my league members.
Tony and the other employees at Harleys Simi Bowl represent the epitome of service, and I’m proud to call myself a regular at this bowling alley.

This has been our family bowling place since the one in Thousand Oaks closed many many years ago. Clean, friendly and plenty of parking. The staff are helpful and my dad and I love recieving our free birthday games in the mail during our birthday months. Highly recommend for families and a low key, fun night for groups of friends.

Good bowling for 6 of us to play for 1.5 hours for $ 54 including shoes, popcorn and soda. Good times and happy holidays!

I didn’t” enjoy this place very much I ordered a breakfast sandwich they said ten to 15 minutes it was about 30 40 minutes i would not recommend

Not the best but it’s an ok place. Best thing about the bowling alley is the drinks, they are cheap. They offer a groupon so before you go check to see if you can get it, especially if you are going in groups.

Went bowling Saturday night & found that Harley’s Simi Bowl is outstanding. David waited on us with such care & concern with an attitude of gold. He let us know about the deals & was genuine in character. I’m definitely having family fun there. It’s a down home feel. Thank you Harley’s for making it affordable to have the whole family in the fun.

Our family absolutely LOVES this place!!! The employees have been there for years, and the owner ALWAYS makes it a point to say «Hello». We go almost every Tuesday for $ 1 a game bowling. ALWAYS come out of there happy!!!
It is run like a quality small business, not corporate like Brunswick.

Any bowling alley has balls and pins, but a great bowling alley is a place where you feel comfortable to unwind, laugh, connect with old friends, and a place to make new friends. In that way, Harley’s is a great bowling alley. The people who work there are like one big family (in the good way) and they treat all of us like we are part of that great family. Last Monday night, Charlie (aka «Da Baws») helped me carry out my bowling balls after a long night of bowling for me (and a long day of working for him). I can’t guarantee that Charlie will carry your balls, but I do guarantee that you will find friendly staff and a great family of league bowlers at Harley’s in Simi Valley.

I bring my kids here at least once or twice a month to bowl and they love it. They keep his bowling alley very clean and the customer service is up to par. The prices are a bit steep on a regular basis but other than that the other days that they have they have cheap games.

We had a great time at Harley’s Bowl. We had a group of 10 (including kids) and Jenna at the front desk was amazingly helpful in booking our lanes and package. She really was a big part in making our Sunday bowling a hit!
I recommend to sign up for Harley’s free membership — there’s a discount on the 2 hour rate as well as emailed coupons/​specials.
I do wish Harley’s would get those metal bowling ‘ramps’ for kids. Even though there’s bumpers, we’d prefer no bumpers and a ramp instead for the children in our party.
