Jamba Juice

It’s Jamba Juice so obviously I love getting their smoothies and juices. Always friendly when taking my order. I had a problem with being overcharged once but the manager took care of it.

ANY OTHER JAMBA IN SIMI IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE. SMOOTHIES TASTE LIKE SPIKED ALCOHOL.
I used to go every day. Now, I’d rather travel across town to go to a different location bc the kids running this place NOWADAYS, sorry, but they are morons/​They burn my waffle or refuse to cook a wrap, just cuz its in the freezer??? THAT DOESNT EVEN MAKE SENSE.

I went here to get an acai bowl after the gym and it was FANTASTIC. I normally go to the moorpark location cause its by my work but this location was great! The bowl they made me was perfect and delicious!

I used to go to this jamba just about every day… only till recently.
For the past two months… their usually amazing and nutritious drinks have been ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING. I don’t know WHAT was changed… but now — it seems like their juices are always rotting or heated up because it tastes like it’s fermenting! A smoothie should notttttt taste like alcohol! GROSSSSSS. Check the fridge temperatures, cuz every drink I get from THIS LOCATION. ITS DISGUSTING!!! FIX UR MACHINES!!!

Since when does the banana berry smoothie have peach in it? I only get this smoothie from Jamba and this time all I taste is peach. I don’t really care for the taste of peach so after consuming a quarter of it, I’m over it. What a waste.

Julie at the cashier is so sweet, nice and RAD. Get the white gummy bear off the menu.

I’ve been to this location several times with good results. Last night, I arrived 5 minutes prior to closing. I was told that their machines were already cleaned and that I was out of luck to get my order. I was told by one employee that he had places to go after they closed and they weren’t about to mess up a machine. When I turned to leave, in the reflection of the door, I saw this same person did a hand pump to the other employee celebrating the fact that he had gotten rid of me. Maybe they should state that they’re closed at 7:45 instead of 8 so that I no longer have to disturb the social lives of the employees. It’s a shame to give a poor rating based on service alone, but I had no juice to rate this time out.

Only thing that bugged me a bit was the gentleman making the smoothies kept rubbing and picking his nose while making them (with no sanitary gloves on). Given, he may be using scoops, etc, but the overall feeling I got was not one of cleanliness.
Good location. Plenty of parking. Employees are usually friendly but the last time I was there a smug young man was pretty rude.
Only reason I’d return is due to the location. Personally, I’d recommend the Jamba Juice at the Simi Mall over this one.

Consistently Jamba Juice~ I get the same «Protein Berry Pizzaz» (Which is now «Protein Berry Workout») every time and it’s just delicious at any location I visit. So, the only thing that makes this Jamba Juice stand out from the crowd is its excellent customer service. Friendly and quick service every time!

One of the two Jamba;s I frequent on my lunch breaks, when I’m craving a smoothie. As with chains of most variety, this is pretty standard, same menu, quick service, same prices. Some seating outside with umbrella’s, & inside as well. Nothing here to rave or rant over.
Can’t give more stars, since in the chain smoothie business, my preference goes to Robek’s, mainly due to a higher quality of ingredients used, in my opinionmore, from fresh & frozen fruit, veggies, etc. as opposed to concentrated fruit juices.

They do one thing and do it right. They have been tring to expand their offerings but fell short by either providing processed crap or fresh stuff that gets old too fast.

I have been ordering the Power Workout drinks but I somehow feel like it taste different here.
We got free samples of their other flavors they were coming out with over her. This place is across from the 24hr fitness.

the staff is friendly and i’ve been getting their oatmeal, which is pretty darn good. axe the brown sugar and you’ve got a pretty healthy warm breakfast. i like how everything has the calorie count, so you know what you’re getting in terms of calories.
smoothies are always good, but i’ve been sticking to the all fruit to cut down on the sugar intake. you should too!
they typically have the wednesday oatmeal special for $ 2, so go get your health on.
