O’Reilly’s auto-​parts are amazing, especially Ryan! they’re open till 9 PM tonight on the weekend! and they put batteries in both my keys for me which was really difficult, Nissan wants you to bring to them and charge a lot of money obviously, but Ryan put two batteries in both of my electronic keys which was actually fairly difficult to do, he did it with a smile and was incredibly handy and helpful and extremely kind and thoughtful. I’ve been here many times now for all of our cars and always get the same great service!

this place SUCKS. «with a great big period» I’ve had so much trouble in the past with this store from brand new parts malfunctioning seconds after installed to receiving the wrong parts and the counter people are just plain rude.

Wrong parts, overpriced, no discounts. Half the staff is not knowledgable at all. Make sure you have all your part numbers in hand because otherwise you are likely to get the wrong part. Or they recommend you cheap parts that will fail saying they are just as good as the more expensive ones because they have no idea.

Broken down thought it’s was the power pump hose. Have a late model f350 they ordered the part fastest arrival would be 7:30 pm Part arrived at 7pm new part fitting not right for truck. Counter service representative searched for a new pump. He found it at another O’Reilly he went & got the part for us Thank u heading home to Oregon

I’ve been to this store twice, and each time they didn’t have the part I needed and I ended up going somewhere else. Today my wife went in to get an oil filter for her Subaru. She waits at the parts counter and when the guy returns, he ignores her and waits on three guys who came in later and stood behind her in line. WTF is up with that??? With a lot of auto parts stores in the area including NAPA, Autozone, Pep Boys, etc… there’s no reason to patronize the crappy ones…

Not sure how this store has good ratings. I had the worst experience here. After they ordered the wrong radiator for me twice in a row, i ended up having to return it both for a refund onto my debit card. It has been over a week going back and forth with them on the part to find out that they dont even have my radiator and they cant get it. wasted my time. not only that, but they are EXTREMELY rude here, and literally seem like they know nothing about cars. as a long time shopper of oreillys i can sure say i will not be coming to oreillys again.

I was helped by Omar in your Simi Valley store. I had a dead car battery and Omar located a replacement battery that fit within my budget. Before he sold me the new battery, he suggested to run a quick diagnostic check before I made the purchase. Omar went above and beyond to provide the highest quality of service. He offered helpful installation tips and other suggestions on additional products that I needed. He has earned a new loyal customer. I will recommend friends and family as well. Thanks Brian for helping me find windshield wipers for my VW Jetta! Pep Boys a few miles away didn’t have what I was looking for, and he went to the back room to help us find them. He also helped us by taking them out of the box and letting us try them on to see if they fit before purchasing them. Very helpful! Thanks!
